Kerion spent a long time discussing with me benefits of purchasing a Land Rover discovery or a defender.
We came to the conclusion a defender would be more suited to my use
I was most impressed with Kieron’s knowledge of the cars.
He gave me the confidence to go ahead a purchase a car even though I had not driven a defender before.
I have been very happy with the car it is a super drive.

I wanted to share a positive experience regarding the way Vertu Yeovil handled my recent complaint.
I had booked my MINI Countryman in for a service after receiving reminders from both the vehicle and MINI app. Unfortunately, after travelling to the dealership, it transpired that the service could not be carried out due to an error in the booking process relating to being too early for the service plan claim to be made.
While the initial experience was disappointing, what impressed me was the way the dealership responded when I raised the issue. The General Manager personally investigated the matter, provided a detailed explanation of what had gone wrong, acknowledged where processes had failed, and outlined the steps being taken to prevent the same thing happening again.
The dealership also arranged collection and delivery for the future service appointment and offered a goodwill payment in recognition of the inconvenience caused.
Mistakes can happen in any business. What really matters is how they are dealt with, and on this occasion Vertu Yeovil demonstrated accountability, professionalism and a genuine commitment to improving customer service. Thank you to the team for taking the complaint seriously and responding in such a positive and constructive manner.
