A pleasant Experience.
From first entering the Showroom you are made very welcome by all Vertu staff. I was very imprest with the knowledge rosy had of all the cars on display.I was looked after very well indeed and no pressure was added to bying or veiwing. It was a pleasure to do business at Vertu. We had an amazing experience we have bought all our cars previously from here and wouldn't go anywhere else. Earl is great full of honesty and no pressure at all. We would recommend a visit even if you are just curious to discuss all available options they truly are a great. I always feel when the staff have been there for many years and still smiling the company must be treating staff and customers well which boosts our confidence when buying. Called into Vertu Stamfordham Rd, Newcastle upon Tyne after having a problem with the infosystem.
Extremely helpful male receptionist, sorry we didn't get your name. Who then brought his colleague David through to have a look at our car. He resolved our issue within ten minutes, we were so happy and relieved.

Jamie Coulson was exceptionally helpful and kept in touch all through the process as was David Miller in Jamie's absence. Living in the Highlands of Scotland it was all done remotely/digitally and I cannot fault Jamie at all.

Doesn't even deserve one star being honest.
Customer services skills are atrocious
Car was in October and told it would be done. Wasn’t, the car actually come out worse then when it went in.
Went in for a new timing chain was told it needed a new inlet manifold which was going to cost £1700.
After a second opinion and a further cost of £1200 the problem was down to Vauxhall not putting my seal on my racket gasket properly.
Not refunding the money for the extra costs absolute joke avoidddddd!!!
