From start to finish, Jenna Fellows was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision or purchasing additional products. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel completely straightforward and enjoyable.
The car was presented in excellent condition and everything was explained clearly. I also appreciated that the sales manager took the time to discuss the after-sales packages and offered a discount, which was a thoughtful gesture and demonstrated a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.

I had a fantastic experience at Vertu Toyota Hamilton. The staff were amazing - especially William G and Christopher D who were helpful, genuine and provided me with great options within my price range without any pressure. They really worked with me to find the best fit and I felt like I had time and space to make my decisions. Both William and Christopher were extremely patient and provided me with all the information I needed. From the initial meeting to test drive a car to the final collection we found Vertu Motors to be attentive offering genuine assistance selecting the car with no sales pressure giving us the freedom to decide on the model most suited for our needs.
