Overall great experience
Our salesperson Callum was approachable and gauged our personalities well. His approach suited how we wanted to look for a car and was never pushy or pressing for a quick decision. We managed to strike a deal on a new car that suited us really well, and the process to completion was quick.

Enjoyable Experience
Just wanted to leave a quick review for the team at Vertu Peugeot. We recently picked up our new car and the whole process was spot on from start to finish.
A huge thanks to Callum, who really looked after us. It didn't feel like that typical high-pressure car sales vibe; he was just genuinely helpful and patient while we figured out what we wanted. He made sure everything was sorted and kept us in the loop the whole time.
Really happy with the service and loving the new wheels. If you're heading in, definitely ask for Callum!

Dropped my car off using the lockers which Chloe helped me with. Car was in for a service and it was a quick turn around which is what I needed. Emily kept me up to date throughout the process which was brilliant. 10/10 highly recommend.

I recently had an appointment booked…
I recently had an appointment booked with Mark Tottem to potentially purchase a brand new Expert van. He called several times to get me in. I arrived at 10:00, made reception aware and was told to take a seat as Mark was on the phone upstairs, which I could see clearly. 10:15 still on the phone, made a polite lady aware once and again and was told to knock on his door once he’d finished on the phone! It was becoming apparent that professionalism was out of the each and every window at this point. I left at 10:20, as I was becoming increasingly irate. Mark eventually called me at 10:47 to ask where I was, I explained I was annoyed because I’d driven 20 miles for an appointment ‘he’d made’ and I’d wasted a whole morning of work at my cost. He then proceeded tell me he was angry because no one told him and what was he supposed to do, with zero empathy. At no point did he even apologise first and foremost, or try to make amends and offer an alternative appointment. Simply argued with me instead. He then decided to just hang up on me! I called head office to speak to the branch manager and never received a call. At this point I guess I’ll have to stick with Ford, which is a shame because I really enjoyed the thought of a change.
Very unprofessional, clearly as a branch and not just on an individual level.

We went to the dealerships parts…
We went to the dealerships parts department, I will give one star for the presence of customer service, however for one part which would have cost me £63.00 plus vat, has actually cost me 0.95p on-line, and it was simple a fuse.
I would not recommend anyone use them for parts. Research on-line.
What I have observed here is daylight robbery.

Peugeot Partner Van Repair
My Peugeot Partner Van was booked in for repairs a couple of weeks ago with an AdBlu Engine Fault showing up on the internal display.
Unfortunately, after diagnostics, I was informed that some costly repairs were required to resolve the issue. This resulted in my vehicle being kept in until the following day. Upon collecting my vehicle it was apparent that it had additionally been given a courtesy wash and an internal freshen up. I have periodically used my van since collection and I am happy to report that everything is in satisfactory working order.
I have used Peugeot Dealers for a number of years where sadly our interactions at times have been frustrating and very poor. However, I wish to make a special mention to Emily from reception who once again from booking my vehicle in, notification of the necessary repairs and the collection of my vehicle, demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, customer care and professionalism in the performance of her duties. My independent opinion is that Emily is a valuable team member and considerable lessons can be learned from her stand out leadership qualities.
