I was very impressed customer service
I was very impressed with the friendly atmosphere in the dealership. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Although not having one in the colour I wanted on site they located one and had it ready for me to test drive in a few days. They took me through purchasing the vehicle very easily. Very pleased with their customer service so far and would recommend this dealership.

1st Class Car Buying Experience
After searching the usual used car sale sites i came across Vertu adverts which stood out to me, i am a Qashqai fan and Vertu had a fantastic selection at a very competitive price, i had a specific spec i wanted with added extras and came across a few so i decided to pay them a visit, on arriving i headed towards the Qashqai i was looking for and after a while browsing a very cheerful chap called Ryan welcomed me and told me if i needed help just pop into the showroom, as i entered the showroom i was so impressed with the layout, facilities and a very relaxed atmosphere, the spec i needed was not available at Tamworth but one was situated at a sister dealership in Halifax Ryan said no problem they could get it delivered to Tamworth for me to check out and test drive which Ryan sorted for me, a few days later and after my test drive i decide it was the car for me, Ryan sorted everything for me with ease. I was so impressed with the whole experience and would totally recommend a visit to Nissan Tamworth and i would like to thank ALL of the staff for their hard work on providing excellent facilities and a fantastic car buying experience. Love my nissan juke
Ive wanted a Nissan juke for some time now and had been to quite a few Nissan dealers. I found that Nissan Tamworth was the best. The salesman called Matt was absolutely amazing from the start to finish of me buying my new car. His knowledge of my new car was brilliant. He made me feel so comfortable buying my new car and explained everything perfectly. I recommend Nissan Tamworth to anyone.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Went down one day had a test drive and chose a car I wanted, went through everything thoroughly with me, within a week I picked my car up. Absolutely over the moon with the car and the customer service received. Thank you!
