Purchase of a new Nissan Qashqai…
We recently bought a new Nissan Qashqai from Nissan Vertu at Ilkeston. The service we received was excellent. Great buying experience.
I reserved a car online Sunday morning. Went to the dealer first thing on the Monday. I was greeted by Matthew Hall who guided me through the whole process. Which resulted in me being able to collect my new car the following day on the Tuesday. Again Matthew processed the collection and gave me a detailed run down on the car I had bought. The whole process felt very comfortable and was a very positive buying experience.

I had a positive experience overall. While buying a car, there were a miscommunication and misunderstanding to purchase over the weekend from the head office staff. From the first contact with the team at Ilkeston to driving the new car away was a stress free process.
Communication with the team via telephone or email was very straight forward and informative.
Nothing was to much trouble and nothing was forced upon you, yes all products were explained but that was how it was left.
