No respect for disabled customers that needed an automatic courtesy car
I had my car booked in for repairs done, had ordered an automatic as I don’t drive manual cars anymore. When I booked the work to be done I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. I went today to discover there was no auto’s available and that was just tough. I got my key back and said I’d get the work done elsewhere. There was a number of problems that just appeared after the service a month ago
After talking to the service manager it was the same TOUGH there was no cars available if I didn’t want a manual juke. There is a sign on the wall all our courtesy cars are electrified. So I would expect hybrid or electric but neither choice available

The experience throughout was fantastic on buying my Nissan Juke 2025 plate.
Atif at the dealership in Darlington was down to earth with great customer service from start to finish, offering myself drinks etc to make the experience even better. The personalised video of the car was a great touch, and really shows how passionate he is about his job.
No fault of his own or the dealership but at to get a brand new tire due to a bolt on the side wall only 3 days after collecting my new car.
This has not affected my review as this is general wear and tear and I'm back on the road again enjoying my new car now

Would award zero stars if this was an…
Would award zero stars if this was an option. Vehicle went in with a fault on 16th June, they completed work costing over £4000 which did not resolve the problem. Awaiting software update from Nissan technical , there is ‘ nothing they can do ‘ . Very poor communication , didn’t respond to our formal letter of complaint. Was told when I rang today that they have another customer who has been waiting two months ( as if this is supposed to make me feel better ) . Would avoid at all costs ,but be aware that if something does go wrong you can be without a vehicle for a very long time !

Ian and Carlie have been absolutely…
Ian and Carlie have been absolutely amazing from start to end !! The team at Darlington also were brilliant from the second we stood on the forecourt until we left in our lovely car , they offered us coffees and had a chat with us while we were there and Ian was great at explaining the final steps , I hope the young lad and his wee family enjoy their trip to Edinburgh with their baby ! BE CAUTIOUS - Had my vehicle serviced on the 02/07/26, after the health check it was highlighted that a ball joint needed replacing due to a crack and the air conditioning was not in working condition. I gave the go ahead for the work to be completed and for a service to be carried out on the air conditioning. When arriving to collect my vehicle I was told that although the air conditioning service has been completed the air conditioning is still not working as there is a crack in one of the pipes which would cost an extra £260 on top of the £160 for the air conditioning service. I did not ask for this work to be completed thankfully and then got a second opinion from my local garage, who have confirmed no pipe needed replacing and it just needed re-gassing (which was suppose to be done as part of the service with nissan). I didn't get any invoice for any of this work until weeks after it was complete by nissan either. Complaints already been raised but no one has been in touch about it. It seems like not only have i been charged for work they didn't actually carry out but they also suggested extra work to be carried out that was not necessary. Each person I have spoke to about this has been defensive/dismissive. First and last time using this place for any service.
