Chris is fab!
They took the time to find the right car for me. They lay all the options out but never push you into anything. They have a lot of patience. I am a freshly qualified driver and it must've been a bit scary taking me for a test drive but Chris was cool as a Cucumber and made me feel really calm and comfortable. I felt very supported and appreciated that they took the time to explain everything so well to me. They managed to explain things to me as a brand new driver whilst never being condescending and always checked in to see how I was feeling throughout.

Great service
A very positive experience from our first visit to driving out with my new car! Chris Hargreaves made sure I was happy and confident with driving my automatic and explained everything I needed to know. He was very friendly, polite and obviously knew what he was talking about!

Geoff was very helpful especially when I couldn’t decide which colour i10 to get. He took me out and showed me a car in the colour I had thought to get. This confirmed for me that I didn’t like that colour
Arrangements for the collection of my new car went well and Geoff went through the controls on the car which was very different to my 12 year old i10.

Best car buying experience
We were really happy with the customer service at Vertu silverlink, Paul who greeted us first, the General Manager was so friendly and made sure we were looked after through out the whole process. Chris who completed the sale for us was so down to earth and helpful, he made sure we were fully aware of everything and was really knowledgeable. We will 100% be using the branch for future servicing etc. just felt at home and made the process of buying a new car stress free!

Routine service
Had my Kona in for a service, dropped the car off in the morning and had a walk down to the retail park while it was done, I needed a tyre which was competitively priced, when I returned the car was cleaned and ready to go. I can't fault the service or the price for a main dealer.
See you again next year for my service.

Used car purchase from Hyundai Vertu Silverlink
Updated review. There was a rust spot on the roof of the car which I noticed when I got the car home. This hadn't been pointed out. When I brought this up with the salesman he said he was genuinely unaware and arranged a repair with their cosmetic repair man. I wasn't happy with the repair, it looked like it was just painted over with a touch-up pen. I spoke to the manager - they were very apologetic and arranged a full paint repair to the roof. Understandable it took a bit of time to get this arranged. They gave me an almost brand new courtesy car whilst my car was being repaired and couldn't have been more helpful. I collected my car today and I'm really pleased with the paint repair, they've done a good job. The car has also had a full valet and looks great. Thank you everyone at Vertu, especially Paul - you've gone above and beyond what most garages would have done. I would thoroughly recommend this branch. Thanks again.
