Joe Glover (Sales Exec) looked after me from first walking into the showroom to view the HRV to handing the car, over to me on Friday, he was so friendly and helpful, kept me up to date, through out the process, very quick to get back to my emails, explained everything to me throughout, would definitely recommend purchasing a car Joe (5 out of 5) and Vertu Honda.

Best Car dealership in UK?
I just bought a used Honda Z-RV from Vertu Honda Doncaster. What a great experience. Their prices are very competitive but their service and attention to detail are second to none. They don’t give you the hard sell , they don’t need to! Just great cars, good prices and a very helpful attitude. They just want to make the deal work.
My salesmen Shaun was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
I spent 3 hours in the dealership waiting for funds to arrive from my bank and just watched what was going on. They are a happy team from Mike the manager, the salesmen, the receptionist, the accounts team and the car valet. They take a pride in helping customers.

Everyone that I dealt with was friendly…
Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and did what they could to help.
Initially, I spoke to Sean, who sent me a video of the car.
Most of my dealings were with Jindy Sansoa (who is a sales manager).
He answered all my questions and sent over information that I asked for .
Joe picked me up from the train station, as I had travelled from Wolverhampton.
When I got there, I also had a lot of dealings with Lukas.
I have to say that my experience at the Doncaster branch was really good and I would recommend them to anyone.
Just incase you are wondering, this is a genuine review and I have not been influenced in anyway.

Bought a car for my daughter
Bought a car for my daughter. We live in Northants but well worth the trip to Doncaster. Eddy looked after us not just on the day but through the whole process weeks before we picked it up. He kept me up to with what was going on and went the extra mile for us. Eddy is a genuine likeable guy who made the experience all the more positive. Added bonus bumping into coach loads of York City fans on the way to Rochdale. Congratulations to them bet they had a few in the way home.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my car and I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Lukas.
From the very beginning, Lukas was extremely helpful and professional. He answered every query I had promptly and thoroughly. On the occasions where he didn’t immediately know the answer, he always took the time to find out and came back to me quickly with clear information. His communication and honesty throughout the process were greatly appreciated.
I travelled to Doncaster by train to collect the car, and Lukas went above and beyond by kindly picking me up on his way to work in his own car. This was not something he was obligated to do, but it made a huge difference and really demonstrated his commitment to providing great customer service.
The entire experience was smooth, professional, and very positive from start to finish. Lukas is a real asset to the company and I believe his efforts and dedication should certainly be recognised by management.

Wonderful car buying experience

Buying a Honda jazz from Vertu Doncaster
Made a series of visits to enquire about the car, take a test drive, order the car (Honda Jazz E:HEV), sort out the finance and collect the car. The salesman was called Joe. He was pleasant, polite, (not pushy unlike some salesmen I met in other non-Honda showrooms) and very competent answering all my questions and very helpful taking me through all the paperwork. Car was well prepared for when I drove it away on the 13th March. Overall a good experience.
