Happy New Car Day - Vertu (Ford Wigan)!
We’ve been getting our cars from Wigan Ford/Vertu every 2/3 years since the 54 plate (we love a new Ford … and a good deal! 😍) the main reason for using Wigan is that we’ve always found the sales staff (and all other staff) to be extremely friendly and helpful - particularly Tim and Stuart who are our “go to guys” - we’ve known both for a long long time and they are the reason we always go back to Vertu/Ford Wigan - we absolutely trust their sound knowledge and advice and wouldn’t go anywhere else for our Ford cars. Please convey our thanks and appreciation to Tim and Stuart - and I would hope you know how much of an asset they are to Wigan Vertu! We’re absolutely delighted with our new Puma’s 👍🏻 - thank you x

I couldn’t have wished for a better…
I couldn’t have wished for a better service from the team at Bristol Street Wigan. I was very well looked after from start to finish and I’m absolutely in love with my new car! The team were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Dave in particular was amazing, he explained everything really well and made sure that everything was perfect and I knew how all the gadgets worked. I will certainly be returning to Vertu/Bristol Street Wigan. Lovely people, very knowledgeable and honest.

AVOID
AVOID. Service is absolutely shocking especially if yours is a fleet car. I put my car in for a service and aircon re-fill and didn't see it again for over a month. They said the aircon condenser was leaking but when the fleet company asked for a picture they dropped the item from the list so I still have no aircon. The good reviews they get all relate to car sales not service. Zero communication from them for the whole time despite being told they would keep me updated, I had to phone them weekly. I for one will not be using this garage ever again.
