The additional choice of covering the alloys, tyre and scratch damage was a no brainer and very well priced. Helpful Honda showroom staff at Vertu Newcastle branch. Went for a test drive of a vehicle. Good experience and useful information given about different models. Arranged a deposit for purchase. All staff provided promised updates and advice through to collection of the new vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

When collecting the car he ensured that I understood the controls. If I'm unsure about anything in the future I know that help will always be at hand.

We were truly delighted with the service we received at the shop. The team kept us continuously updated throughout the process, which gave us peace of mind. Even though it took a long time to finally receive our vehicle due to Ford’s delays, the excellent service and regular updates made the wait much easier. We highly recommend them!

A very straightforward process from start to finish. Adil Haq the sales assistant was brilliant, no forceful selling, just a very genuine guy. Took me back to the train station when I came up to test drive and picked me up when I came to collect. Its a shame that other garages I visited didn't offer the customer service that Adil offered, nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend Vertu Ford Newcastle and definitely recommend asking for Adil.

Came to look at car id found online and was great by Natalie. Normally I hate talking to salespeople as there Normally pushy and full a bull#*t however Natalie was fantastic wasn't pushy every question I asked she knew the correct answear but I feel if she didn't know it shed find out correct way.
