The main thing that made our experience great was the high level of care, respect, patience, knowledge and guidance provided by the sales team.( particularly Mark Caughey) And the range of cars/models on offer. Very poor service
This review is for Nissan Glasow South, NOT Ford Service.I have asked Trust pilot to assign it to the correct location.
Our car has been with Vertu motors Nissan Glasgow south for a warranty repair, since the 4th November 2025 after an initial diagnosis of the fault on the 4th September 2025. Despite repeated requests, getting information from them as to when the car will be fixed is like trying to get a straight answer from a politician. The information they occasionally provide is contradicting and is mostly made up of vague excuses. We received an email on 10th December stating there would be a meeting between the Workshop manager and the service manager on Monday 13th December to resolve the situation, it is now Thursday 17th and still no update.
