Great from moment we decided to upgrade…
Great from moment we decided to upgrade special mention to Fitz Martin and his boss at Derby who guided us through the process without us feeling at all pressured. Sorting us with a vehicle that we could afford and delivering has agreed all prepped and ready to drive away. Fitz explained in detail all the functions of the vehicle and allowed us through his guidance to set the car for us to drive away the whole experience as been good.
A couple of of issues since driving away and I’m sure Fitz will sort when I next speak is Vertu rear window missing ‘V’
Plus rear offside well mat is different from Cupra mats?

From first going in to enquire about a Mobility car the service was excellent, very friendly staff & answered all questions without any faff , I visited Ford , Volvo , Peugeot & VW but Vertu Cupra Derby was the best by far .

Choosing the car is easy, all the finance stuff is confusing, especially when its all a new experience.
The staff we had communication with were good, friendly and resourceful. There is a LOT of bumph and paperwork to be covered with the finance issues, which takes a lot of patience - on both sides. Each time we visited (twice) we had a lot of trouble finding the entrance - following the postcode is not helpful. We feel we got what we wanted, at a fair price, with plenty of input from Keisi and her manager.

This is my second mobility car through…
This is my second mobility car through SEAT and from start to finish was smooth sailing. All I had to do was choose the car and colour and everything else was done for me by Fitz. Fitz was bubbly and helpful throughout the whole process from making me and my boys comfortable in the show room, going through everything with me, arranging car pick as well as sorting my handover of my old car. He went through all the things on the car with me so I knew what was what and called to make sure we got home safe and everything was ok. I know if I have any problems or anything I'm unsure of I can just give them a call or pop down to my local SEAT and they will help me with it. As someone who had never had much luck with cars it has been a breath of fresh air and I would highly recommend going here if you are looking for a new car.

I had the best service. Cars were explained,suggestions made specific to my brief and my car was spotless on collection.Help was offered if needed and polite reminders where appropiate. They deserve the 5 stars.

Staff were very friendly and attentive
Staff were very attentive,friendly and informative which is important for a woman on her own.There was no hard sell and they were happy for me to stay as long as I wanted and because Fitz and Tom were so caring I bought a car!!

From the second we walked in
From the second we walked in, we were made to feel welcome by Andy.
He passed us on to Fitz who was great: nothing was too much trouble for him.
The car we wanted to see was iced up and covered in snow- no problem, this was washed away. Test drive was excellent.
Anyway, we bought our perfect car from Fitz, and it was delivered to our home by Andy.
Great and friendly service. We were informed clearly at all stages of the purchase.

Very good communication from all
Very good communication from all. Answered all my questions in the lead to a test drive of the car. Joe and Ben were great. The car handover was great too. Set up cupra app for me and ran through how the car operated. Would recommend using them.

Amazing service
Joe at Vertu Motors was amazing. My car decided to pack in just after Xmas and brought forward us wanting a new car we had been searching for a few days and came across a Hyundai Tuscan . We arrived at Vertu as Joe and as pulling in with said vehicle and we pounced on him straight away . He was friendly , professional and we were done and dusted with the purchase in no time at all . If we had managed to get there any earlier I think we would have been taking the car the same day but it as it was close to closing we collected the next day . Tom and Joe were there to greet us with everything ready the next day and off we went . Extremely impressed from start to finish. Thanks fellas
