He eventually called to say its here.
Was very happy when meeting Neil again and with Phil. Spent a long time going over car controls etc. Was made to feel special and treated very well indeed.

I have been going around dealerships…
I have been going around dealerships for the past 3 weeks, finally went to vertu BMW York yesterday and picked up a 420i , the sales team is amazing, very helpful.
Especially benjamin who was extremely helpful, nice and kind.
They have a course for test drives which is very good, basically allows you to test car on different routes.
Best car shopping experience so far, would definitely go back again when iam due for an upgrade.

Great service from Jack kept me informed at every stage and was flexible when I wanted changes with the car deal/delivery. Test drive was definitely worth getting a feel for the car and it's merits over my old one. Honest and understanding of what I wanted from a vehicle and how I wanted to fund the purchase.
