I have dealt with quite a few car showrooms over the years - this was probably the best service so far. They were efficient, did what they said they would, at all times helpful and friendly and admitted mistakes.

Came to vertu Bmw teeside to have a look for my first car, was greeted by Dean and from the very first second he was excellent. Made me and girlfriend feel very comfortable and tried to get me the best deal possible for the car I wanted. Overall great service and will definitely be back in the future.

I had a great experience james the sales rep was brilliant explained everything clearly answered any questions I had no all staff were very polite and helpful communication was excellentI was kept up to date on on when my car would arrive and when I could pick it up very easy yo deal with and didnt feel any pressure great people to deal and would recommend them to everyone.

Nick was super helpful, patient when explaining different functions and generally a helpful guy. Peter (manager) also came over to see everything was ok. Love my new hybrid juke!

Hand on heart Vertu BMW Teeside is by far the best dealership I have experienced. Whilst looking for a new Range Rover I popped over to see Vertu because of the awful customer service I had by RR and was blown away! I was greeted instantly by Sean who had a huge smile and simply asked if I needed some help. No pushy slimy sales pitch. No insincere communication just a genuinely nice chap willing to answer some questions. I still wanted a RR but I didn’t want to return to either of the two dealerships and had an open mind talking to Sean about an X3. His professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and honest approach won me over. He took me on test drives, he found potential cars but nothing was quite right. Until it was. Sean didn’t quit, he looked around after I left and sent me a vehicle he thought I might be interested in even though I had not mentioned this colour. It was fantastic! He had built such a rapport with me he identified a possible candidate that I would’ve missed. I travelled to another dealership to test drive it, twice. I refused point blank to deal with anybody other than Sean at Teeside. He is so helpful, takes his time because he cares and answers every question or finds out. He made me feel special and looked after which is exactly what I wanted. On top of this my OH was so impressed he started looking at cars and he too will only deal with Sean. I did meet the rest of his team and they too are absolutely brilliant but for this household, only Sean will do. We have dealt with a few of the big dealerships all over the country. None come close to the service at Vertu BMW Teeside! Exceptional in all areas!

Luke was very knowledgable about the products available to me. I felt that I got a good price for my car and for the new vehicle. All round good service with no pressure to buy.

James Sherris was the sales representative at Teesside Mini I can not thank him enough, He was absolutely brilliant I am 87 years old and not up with new technology He helped me all through the deal and helped me with motor insurance. He was fantastic a credit to Teesside mini. I have bought a lot of cars in 58 year's driving but he is the best sales representative I have ever had as I say can not thank him enough George Rowe

I've used vertu bmw teesside before and always had a good experience Jess read who dealt with was very friendly helpful and informative. Unfortunately on the hand over day she was unwell, so it was nice guy called Sam who did the handover. All in all a great experience

The sales process was fragmented. It felt like we had to do all the chasing. When we called, we never seemed to reach the person requested, who sometimes did not call us back.

James was great in listening to what we needed from a car - and then finding us one that would meet our needs perfectly.
He kept in touch throughout the process and made it stress free.
Would highly recommended.

Sam as my direct sales executive was as good as it gets, he left no stone unturned and was always a step ahead of me with my questions. He really knows his profession so well and a delight to do business with.
