Signed up for their service, tried to cancel but no communication on any of their channels. Emails are returned directly from the server. So beware! Most likely a scam....

Customer service is horrible. They are not helping resolve my issue and have ghosted me the last few days after first seeking to help, but then ghosting me after they go their money and won't refund when I have a legitimate claim to a refund. Not great customer service.

I tried out the app for a while, and also tried to use the website. Overall the experience was very buggy, the app crashed frequently, and as I updated goals, nothing else would update. Or if I tried to change plans, it wouldn't let me. I think the concept is good, the execution is struggling though.

The concept of the app is excellent, and I appreciate the app itself. The generic training plans are suitable for ultra-distance events since they are relatively straightforward to create. However, the coaching aspect is lacking. It has been three weeks since I last heard from my coach after reaching out with some questions. If you need a bit of support, this app may not be the right choice for you.

From day one the team at Vert have been amazing.

I went on the site to find a coach for a 330km solo charity run I was doing in memory of my daughter, Millie.

Kirsten, the co-founder, reached out to find out what exactly I was looking for as my goal was unique to me. She then put me in touch with coach Max who had experience in multi day races.

Max was awesome and big help throughout checking in every few weeks and helping me navigate around a few injuries I had leading up to the event.

My goal was very emotional to me as I lost my daughter 2 years ago. I wanted to set up a legacy for her by raising money for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit that looked after Millie and gave us 33 precious days together before she passed.

I am pleased to say that with the help of Kirsten and Max, I was able to complete the 330km in 102hrs and we have raised a whopping £32,000 in Millie’s memory !

Thank you for being a part of Millie’s Legacy and making my dream become a reality.

Vert.run is an amazing app, i'm truly blown away by their level of service, commitment, and support. Their coaches are true experts and very supportive. It's crazy that for this price you can get your own coach that checks on you every week.

Update: invoice 13563. From what I can see, you did not reach out through trustpilot to work with me, rather to try and get my review removed.

I signed up for a 5 month program, they auto renewed me even though my run had been done for almost two months as stated the day I signed up (specifying race day). The day I saw another charge for $147 pending on my card to renew I emailed and called right away to get it reversed , had no luck reaching anyone and have been disputing it since . This was mid August 2024. This seems like a shady way of doing business and I will never use this service again or recommend it as there are much better programs out there and for half the price with better customer service.

La mia ragazza aveva attivato il mese di prova e poi dopo un giorno richiesto immediatamente che fosse cancellato l'abbonamento. Nonostante molteplici mail e la garanzia del vostro servizio clienti del rimborso, ad oggi, dopo 3 mesi non abbiamo ricevuto alcun rimborso. Non è assolutamente corretto.

In the past 1.5 years I have greatly excelled in my trail running and overall fitness with Vert.run after working with other companies and their training plans and coaches. My fitness level on Strava has increased by 767%. Working with such experienced trail running athletes who have guided me and shared their experiences and knowledge is fantastic.

Have run several ultras without a coach but just completed my first one (Grantrail Courmayeur 55k) since locking in with a Vert run coach. Really pleased with the training programme and to finish a tough ultra feeling strong, which I largely attribute to Vert run’s coaching. They are excellent, can’t recommend highly enough.

Been a user of the app since the early days. It is incredibly well made, a perfect mix of community and training, and helped me achieve my running goals.

Super useful and 100% suggested app for trail runners, especially beginners, athletes approaching their first trail races, but also athletes looking to improve their performance thanks to great coaching, guidance, smart training plans and content. The best part is the interaction with the coaches, sharing feedback and making informed decisions to maximize the training potential of each athelte

It's a very accessible app for all budgets and abilities. The training plans, videos and interaction with the coaches are brilliant. The community support is wonderful as well. I can not praise this app enough its helped me so much for years with my running.

I tell everyone who wants to start running to use Vert.run! The plans fit my life schedule, the coaches are great, and I have made SO much progress in my running. From not being able to run more than 5 minutes at a time 9 months ago to training for a half-marathon now, I have drastically improved my running, endurance, and confidence in the sport. I will continue using Vert for a very long time!

Vert.run is one of the most affordable and straight forward ways to get great coaching for your upcoming race. I signed up wanting to improve my Pike Peak performance. Coach Francesco set me on the perfect path. I ended up setting 3 PR's in less than 4 weeks.
You can't go wrong with their flexible and affordable plans.

I signed up to a training plan for the UTMB OCC in August 2023. It was for four months, I was unsure signing up but I knew I needed to be at my best to be able to run the OCC. It exceeded all of my expectations on all levels. The plan was put together by Ruth Croft and the coach I was assigned was Francesco Puppi - this was unbelievable that I was guided by Francesco on this journey. The plan was very different from what I had used in the past but it was also flexible. The strength / core workouts with the videos helped keep me injury free even though I was training 6 days a week (age 65). When I had questions Francesco always responded within 1 - 3 days and his encouragement and support was key. Logging the runs on the website was easy and the way Vert presented the dashboard and the focus on elevation really helped my prep. I caught up with the guys at the UTMB expo in Chamonix and it was clear to me they love what they do and they want others to be successful. My day on course was the best day I have had running - the plan worked a treat, my conditioning was ideal, I was fresh at the start and fine at the end. I cannot recommend this enough.
