Parts Didn't Even Fit Together
My desk came with crucial components that do not fit together. I opened up a ticket with support, and was told it's because I tightened some bolts too early (the instructions don't clearly state when to do so). I have assembled quite a lot of furniture in my time, and never made any errors. I know what I am doing. Anyway, the explanation didn't make a ton of sense, but I'm willing to give it a try. So they say they will talk to the engineer and figure out what new parts I need. I'm told to expect a call at any time from that person. A week later, I've still heard nothing, and have to reach out to support to find out they still haven't talked to the engineer. I have to threaten a refund to get them to finally commit to putting in an order for the replacement parts they think I need. Two weeks later, I've received nothing, and reach out to support again. Turns out they still hadn't even shipped these components. I've got a 65 square foot hazard taking up a big chunk of my office for 3 weeks and no end in sight. Not thrilled with my purchase. I should have just requested a refund after all.
Poor Communication
UPDATE (8/1) - Someone finally reached out and took care of my order. Thank you versa desk for your hard work, acknowledgement of the error, and your efforts to resolve this matter asap.

Similar to another review I can actually copy paste most of it for accurate of a review it was. So, I am adding mine. When I ordered, site said 10-15 days for delivery, however, my order placed on June 11th still has no ship date! Several attempts to contact went unanswered. Phone calls would not go through, chat was always unavailable and emails would go unanswered.
As of writing (7/31), still no reply from company regarding this desk

Not Customer Friendly Experience
UPDATE:
Shortly after my review was posted, I was able to connect with Eduardo on July 27th. I answered the questions and provided photos on July 28th. Again, no communication since July. I sent several follow up emails asking for a status on the missing parts and the replacement desk surface and all have gone unanswered.
I am still stuck with a $2000 sit to stand desk that doesn't work and only 3/4 able to assemble.

Similar to other reviews, the first frustration was in lack of communication about the status of the order. When I ordered, site said 10-15 days for delivery, but it took about 8 weeks before it arrived. Several attempts to contact went unanswered. Phone calls would not go through, chat was always unavailable and emails would go unanswered.
Desk finally arrived but was missing the switch box and the center surface was not machined properly on the right side (neither of the side surfaces would align with the holes on the right side). Other than that, the materials are good quality, and if I can get this thing working should last for quite a while.
Again tried to reach their support, but experiencing the same lack of response. At this point, I own a $2000 sit to stand desk that doesn't work and only 3/4 able to assemble. I really just need the switch box sent and a center surface replacement.

I had the opportunity to work with…
I had the opportunity to work with Louie Ortiz through the ordering process of Foundry Bench Corner Desk. He was great to work with, he was able to get the order sent to the warehouse to be pulled within 1 week of ordering.
However, it was not mentioned that it was going to take 5 weeks to be processed through the warehouse then to be shipped. Shipping time was fine (10 days) as this was outside their control, rather the shipping company's responsibility.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the desk so far. It seems to meet my needs for putting A/V equipment on for a classroom environment.
Happy with Customer Service
On January 29th, 2023 I purchased the PowerLift Corner Standing Desk along with accessories and a walk pad. Purchase came up to $2,680.69. Couple of days later I received an email from Versa Desk telling me "we are pulling your order 533238 right now!" On the 13th of March I received an email stating my items have shipped. My order had a hiccup and Eddie was awesome at listening to my concerns and helping make the order right. I've received my to replacement pieces and they are gorgeous. I'm back to being excited about my desk and all the things I purchased. Can't wait to use my desk this weekend.

The quality of this adjustable desktop is terrific. Having the electric riser makes adjusting very smooth. I wish I didn't wait this long to move to a standing desk. The company was very responsive when I inquired about shipping.

I wouldn’t recommend the adjustable desk to anyone. I ordered the L shaped desk as the website said it was in stock and ready to ship. Turns out it wasn’t in stock and took 8 weeks to receive it.
After the desk was put together and set up in my office- one of the legs stopped working. That took another 3 weeks to replace.

Exceptional customer service
Randi Moskowitz is very helpful when it comes to getting a quote for VersaDesk. I appreciate her quick response to my emails and kind assistance with the selection process.
Great desk, disappointing return rules
I love the desk itself but also purchased the dual arm and realized it wasn't a good fit for me. Upon trying to return it I found out I would only be reimbursed for a small percentage of what I paid and there was no guarantee they would take it back; I would have to ship it in and hope for the best. I have all the pieces as it was never used but the hardware bags were opened. With having to pay the shipping as well I decided it wasn't worth it. Versa products are not cheap and I would've expected a customer service plan that works with their customer better than this.
The casters don’t fit my desk
The casters don’t fit my desk. They are the only ones you offer, so I guess the desks have been updated since I purchased the desk. When I realized that, I emailed to return them. Haven’t been able to reach anyone. It’s been over a month.

For the most part, customer service is dismal these days, but Randi Moskowitz was an absolute star. She kept in touch, gave me updates, and ensured that the table was in perfect condition, had all the accessories we needed, and was on time for our pickup. I am beyond frustrated with my order…
I am beyond frustrated with my order experience with Versa Desk.
I called many times. We really needed these desks before December 5th. I called customer service and was advised that there was a problem with the production as there was a manufacturing error and that they needed to rebuild the desks and that I should get them before the week of Christmas. When I called back the second time. On I was advised that they will ship before the new year. I asked customer service if they can change the ship speed and charge the card for the difference and the lady said she would check into it and call me back and that was three days before Christmas, and I never heard back.
I am also very frustrated to find out that the sales team mentioned it takes three weeks for the particular desk that i ordered to ship. I placed my order on November 14, 2022, and it has been WAY longer than 3 weeks!
I do believe that your company needs to update the website to reflect accurate information and not have false information posted, such as “Always in Stock” “Ships Fast” “Ships in 10-15 business days” as this has not been my experience. These two desks are just to see if they will fit and if they do, we would be placing a substantial order, however with the current situation and experience, I am not sure that we will proceed with using Versa Desk in the future if this is how we are going to treated on future orders.

Still waiting for all desk components…
1/15/24 update, two years in the desk is working fine (knock on wood), the only issue I have had is the paint powdering off where the motors go up and down the legs of the unit to raise and lower the desk. It's unsightly and messy but otherwise the only other disappointment was the wood had no sealant on it and the lamination on the edges was incomplete leaving holes in the sides. The unit is VERY solid and has no issue with three very heavy monitors. The unit struggles on one side with the weight of the desktop, so know if you plan to attach a desktop pc that the motor on that side will not raise and lower the desk level with the other motor and you will need to ensure that both sides completely raise or lower.
Original Review: Still waiting for all desk components 60 days later.
On 11/24 I ordered the Foundry Bench Versa Desk online and was billed immediately. It was a good special and I was excited to get my new desk. Several weeks went by, (it was advertised as "in stock ready to ship") I called several times and was told it hadn't been manufactured yet and that it would ship the following week. I called the end of that following week, still not ready to ship, probably next week. I received the shipment with the desk on 12/20 however it was missing 3.5 of the six desk accessories. Several additional e-mails and phone calls later I received random e-mails without important details like tracking numbers. I was finally delivered one of the 2.5 missing items on 1/16 (missing pc holder) and the additional .5 item (the second arm of the dual monitor arms) on 1/24. I am STILL missing the OmniView Laptop Arm and it has now been two months!
Customer Service is filled with nice people but they are inconsistant at best. They will tell you that they will take care of it, they will help get you the information or that they will reply to you or call you. In the end you may receive random ticket e-mails with no details and random order information with no details. There does not appear to be a single person who could manage to comprehensively collect the information and then resolve the issues.
I worked with Imma Maria, Louie Ortiz and Eduardo Silva, yet none of them sent me any response in print or could confirm what items were being shipped and when.
I gave two stars because overall, I am thrilled with the idea of the desk and the quality seems solid and not tippy at all. After a few weeks of use however, the paint is being pressure ribboned off where the desk rollers track along the metal frame.
The versa desktop had no finishing to protect the bamboo wood, in the photos it appears to be a finished product. The wood is smooth but requires several coats of linseed oil to protect it. I couldn't believe they were shipping out sanded unfinished boards.
The instructions are not great but it's clear they tried to get it right. Even the basic assembly bolt size was grossly incorrect. There is a huge difference between 3/8 and 9/16 bolts. If you are not good at building things this is something you'll want to have someone else that has a general understanding of how something should go together to build for you.
The online order process was ridiculous with zero transparency on order placement through order fulfillment. That piece of the process gets a solid F.
Still waiting on the last accessory and now I pray that nothing goes wrong with the motors!

I bought the new Foundry Bench Corner Standing Desk this desk is amazing!! If you are looking for a lot of workspace this is the desk for you! Veronica from customer service followed up through the entire process! I was able to assemble the desk myself with a very good instructions guide. If you are looking for the best you found it!!
Radio Silence
I sent two emails to the customer service team asking how I could get a refund within the 30 day window - never received a response. The product is shaky and not at all what I expected. I had a Versa desk in my old Army office and it was perfect. Maybe there is a different product for home use? Not sure. This thing isn't on my desk. It's on the floor in my home office while I decide what to do with it.
