No customer technical support available…
No customer technical support available for four days
Can't access the app on our phones to set the alarm and customer service is non existent
solution suggested ,ring us to set and unset your alarm or let the alarm go off and we will contact you through the keypad that is currently not working.
Would have given a zero star review if possible

Hi Seb, I am concerned that calls are not being logged despite the issue being reported. I also haven’t received any feedback or any follow-up call regarding the issue I raised last week.

I have been experiencing issues with my Verisure-Arlo security camera for the past couple of months, as it has not been working properly. I have raised multiple complaints during this time, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or resolution from your team.
Additionally, it appears that my calls have not even been logged, and I have received no updates whatsoever regarding my issue. This lack of support is extremely disappointing, especially considering I am being charged €50 every month for the service.

Good Security Features for home in…
Good Security Features for home in Ireland, nice devices and great customer service.
For recent device safety checks Sharron visited the house and was able to resolve all our concerns and reconfigured the devices. Kudos to her on that.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Magic Mike from Verisure during my security camera installation. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
Mike took the time to clearly demonstrate how everything works and patiently explained all the features in a way that was easy to understand. His attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions really stood out.
The installation was neat, efficient, and done to a very high standard. I feel much more confident about my home security now.
I would highly recommend Mr. Magic Mike to anyone looking to install security cameras in their home. Truly outstanding serve.
