Purchased some software at the weekend but had an issue activating. Saturday and Sunday, support was available to help and resolve the matter quickly. Bought from them before and will buy again, recommended.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service — Highly Recommended!
"I recently purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus from Veriskey Technologies, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely excellent. The team are genuinely some of the most helpful, friendly people I have ever dealt with. They guided me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up perfectly — truly helping from the very beginning right through to the end. If you're thinking of buying Microsoft software, look no further — this is the company to trust. Professional, patient, and completely reliable. Thank you Veriskey — you're amazing!" ✨
Excellent support and help with installation
Kim spent the best part of half an hour working with me, trying to figure out why my product key would not activate. Very helpful and patient, went through all options and finally managed to get me sorted. Thank you for all the help.
I absolutely loved the step by step guided support in helping me activate my new MS microsoft 2024 software by Jacob. He was very patient and helpful
Jhone was a great help, super patient and was always quick to reply to my queries
I think this is the best customer support I’ve ever dealt with. The guy was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much for everything!
took a while but now fully installed and oeprational - good help directly on line
Easy to get in touch with them via WhatsApp. They responded to a query I had prior to purchase within a day and once purchased the Office Pro 2024 suite was delivered via a link within minutes and I was able to download the install package. I followed the instructions to remove all traces of Microsoft 365 first as my new laptop came with that pre-installed, and I removed Microsoft OneNote for good measure too because that is included in the Office suite. Installing the software was problem free, however, there was an issue with the product key which wasn't recognised. The instructions provided recommended activating via phone rather than via the internet, but calling the number you find out Microsoft no longer do activation over the phone and they direct you to their online portal instead. When that didn't work I contacted the company's support via WhatsApp, and this was at 10pm on Sunday evening. They responded within half-an-hour and asked for my order number and key. The following day they contacted me again in the early evening and were able to sort the issue out. Overall I am pleased with the service and would use then again.
