With Verifydebtsolutions was very patient, clear with explaining the process for getting involved with the consultation company.
He allowed me to explained how I ended up in this debt within. I explained I have had medical challenges that has caused me not to be able to work; initially, back , leg severe pain, which progressed into my hip. Which I was diagnosed to be on bone to bone. While simultaneously being diagnose for “ TBI”!
In the total process of understand the company procedure to become part of getting myself out of debt. By collecting a monthly fee for service . Which goes into an escrow account until I can build up the account to be able to pay my four creditor on my credit report.

Kai was the guy who called and somehow he was good enough to even get me to talk to him! He was amazing! He helped me even handle the correct papers to sign and exactly what needed to be done in order to fix my credit! Bottom line is he was amazing! Great customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful for knowing what needs to be done. I normally wouldn’t even take this type of call but somehow got me on phone and helped me do everything so now I’m on the road to having good credit!! Thanks Kai!
