Does not work for Paleo and healthy diets
I tried the Veri.co app and saw potential, but the food scoring system is problematic. It penalizes nutritious foods like red meat, based on outdated and debunked dietary advice. This makes it difficult to log certain healthy foods without negatively impacting your score.
Update: Based on Veri.co answer, there should then be a possibility to opt out of having my score based on what type of food I eat since there is so much conflicting research. So there is an option to only have my score based on my meal timing and glucose levels.

We understand and agree that red meat isn't UNhealthy – which is why it is included in the 'moderate' rather than 'avoid' food category. Some studies in recent years have shown that prior research villainizing red meat may not have been based on strong data. However, the burden of proof remains on red meat to show that it is harmless, as there still exists a great deal of strong research suggesting that red meat in excess does not support best health. We are following the compendium of existing data, especially for those with metabolic health issues.

Veri app is fantastic
Veri app has been excellent so far. Easy to integrate with Libre. Logging food is really easy - take a pic and voila!

New User - Amazing Insight
I've been using Veri for only a little over a week now and I have learned SO much! I am new to use of a CGM and the guidance I am getting from Veri is great. I'm only in Stage 2 of the process but the insight and knowledge gained has encouraged me to dedicate more time to healthy habits and choices. I am able to easily see how small changes make a real difference just by checking the Veri app throughout my day.

Great service
I first joined Veri back in 2022 and I've been constantly delighted with the service they offer. They have been very quick in dealing with any issues (faulty sensor) as well as being super responsive to queries and questions. Thier developers have constantly upgraded the app and added new features making this an invaluable tool for someone looking to live their best life.

What a great decision to use Veri and CGM! I am learning so much about how my body works with glucose. I come from a long family line of diabetes, and while I am not yet diagnosed as such, I want to do my best not to get there. Not transparent until you pay.
It's a clever scam. Just use libre sensor 2 or 3 and keep a log of your food (MyFitnessPal). Do your own research on carbs and sugars. Exercise, drink water, sleep well, and eat healthy. Instead of giving 90€ to them (profits from libre and sub) go out for a nice healthy dinner.
These kinds of companies that profit of people who want to better their lives need to know you aren't a fool.
You will get a Libre sensor 2 for the price of the Libre sensor 3.

I purchased my Veri device 9 days ago. Still to receive it. I think they should reconsider their courier provider. It will be another day or so before I receive my order by the looks of things. As the shipment is within Europe, I would have expected speedier delivery.
