Steven Cassera has been amazing. He’s passionate and enthusiastic about his work and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the company for anyone who needs this type of work done.

What a great service from this company! After contacting them about the problem I had with rodents in my shed. It was explained to me clearly and professionally how they would carry out the work to solve the problem. I was told how the product would work and was reassured by the concern they showed to my property and myself. Sure enough……PROBLEM SOLVED!!! Their follow up service was excellent! I’m happy to highly recommend them. Thank you

‼️AVOID at all costs‼️ this company have killed my dog and not accepting responsibility!!! They would rather we take a civil case out against their employee who no longer works for them!!

Vergo left their licensed rodenticide product irresponsibly on site out of a secured box. My dog ingested this and has sadly passed away as a result! They are denying leaving this rodenticide because the employee didn't include it in their report and said that we should take a civil claim out against their ex employee!! Avoid this company at all costs especially if you have pets or young children!!!!

He is always on time , very well presented and honest. Takes time explaining and advising on any recommendations needed and is always full of knowledge.

I honestly can say that Thomas is a huge asset to the Vergo team and he 100% brings the future of pest management every visit.

Swift response, excellent communication Tommy the Operative was very professional throughout the job.

Tommy is a fantastic contractor, he is always attentive , and makes time to come back to rectify issues and deal with other issues as they have come up in regards to pests. He manages to keep his calm even when there are disgruntled people around,

Part 2 - When the "technician" eventually turned up he did set traps in the garden, a day later he returned and stated he'd caught 3 moles!

However, 2 days later the dead moles are still creating mole hills (I don't think their dead).

Unfortunately, it's my landlords decision to use Vergo Poor Pest Management not mine, so i wont hold my breath until they come back to catch these dead moles.

Nicholas was extremely polite, punctual, professional and helpful. He gave excellent, thorough advice and made time to explain everything. I was very impressed by his comments regarding inflicting the
least cruelty on the pests involved. He appeared excellent at his job. He represents your firm extremely well. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Mark was very helpful with our wasp issue, had previously phoned for a call out as staff and customers were at risk only to be fobbed off with excuses as to why another guy couldn't come to site. After ringing a 3rd time Mark arrived first thing and dealt with the issue straight away. Making our working environment safer.

Initially, I was completely disappointed with this company. Their engineer, Jade Patel, missed the scheduled appointment without any apology or even notifying us that she wouldn't be coming. I had to contact the company again to arrange another appointment.

Fortunately, the next appointment went much better. Paul Benson handled the case this time. He was punctual, professional, patiently addressed all my questions, and did an excellent job.Thank you Paul and Vergo

Tom's attention to detail, knowledge and assistance is great when he visits site.

Kevin Coleman has attended my home twice now once to identify my pest issue and start process of eradication I was informed by Vergo the time Kevin would be arriving at my property and Kevin himself rang to say he would be with me in 10 minutes which he duly was.
He scheduled in. Further two visits one of which I brought forward Vergo / Kevin came out on the Monday right on time

Am hoping this solves issue and will do a future review after my 3rd visit in another 2 weeks when Kevin has been. hopefully to say problem solved
