Ordered a beautiful bunch of flowers for my best friend's elderly mum as we had just lost my friend through suicide. Spent £70 including delivery on a beautiful bouquet that resembled her wedding flowers with several rose varieties, white hydrangea, ivy etc. which felt like a true reflection of how wonderful she was. The flowers that arrived bore no resemblance to the flowers I ordered and were incredibly cheap looking - just stattice, some lilac roses and cheap white chrysanthemums. I emailed the company to express my dissatisfaction and was told they would look into it but never heard back after that. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement given that I'm already dealing with bereavement, I didn't expect to be so let down by a bunch of flowers.

After being disappointed by another florist, I reached out to Verdure Floral Design and they were nothing short of perfect 🤩.

I browsed through their website and wanted something more bespoke and so I called them and a wonderful man called Mike assisted me. They were experiencing some issues with their telephone and he immediately offered to call me from his mobile. His level of customer care was just impeccable - gold star 🌟 🌟 🌟, a solid 10/10

They delivered the flowers to my cousin within one hour approx of my order being placed. I received text messages from the start of delivery to the end letting me know she'd received it.

I am truly grateful for service and care I received and would be happy to recommend them.

I placed an order on Bank holiday Monday for flowers to be delivered on Wednesday Morning, not noticing Verdure mainly deliver in Manchester. After receiving a call from them early Tuesday Morning, Verdure endeavored to find me a locally partnered florist to execute my order in time for my requested delivery date.
I couldn't have asked for a better service on such short notice! Especially, the morning after the Bank holiday where I imagine they were quite busy.
The flowers themselves are beautiful and were more than well received by the recipient! 10/10!

We used Verdure for our wedding flowers and WOW they were amazing!

I ordered some flowers, very last minute, to be delivered to a hotel. It was a Sunday and the flowers were delivered about 3 hours later. The recipient said they were lovely and sent a pic. They weren’t exactly like the picture I ordered off but not far off. They looked very nice, my daughter, the receiver said there was just a couple that were a little dried but she was thrilled with them. So excellent, fast delivery and good flower arrangement, would recommend.

Excellent service over the phone. Warm, helpful and arranged delivery in time for a funeral happening very soon.

I’m sorry to say but in my opinion the flowers I received for our 5 year anniversary were awful. I was so disappointed as I know my partner spent a lot of money on them. He buys me lots of flowers and these were the worst I have ever received. He asked for purple and white, with some Gerbera, and the colour combination received was purple, white, orange and yellow!! Worst combination possible, they looked like autumn colours and included 2 orange cockscomb that were just hideous and went straight in the bin. Dreary, horrible and depressing flowers. Even my partner said it looked like they were trying to get rid of/use up half of the flowers in the bouquet as the colour combination just didn’t go. Didn’t give me the happy glow that flowers should give a lady when she receives them 😕.

We placed an order on 3rd July 2021 and the staff were so courteous and helpful with our requirements. The order was with the recipient within a couple of hours and she phoned to say it was the most beautiful display of flowers she had ever received! We will use Verdure Floral Design again and will recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you so much for making somebody’s day special.

Stunning flowers, absolutely beautifuly presented and not that letter box rubbish. The website is a doddle to navigate, the price was very competitive (mothers day!) And the delivery was perfect. I will never use another florist, massive thank you from me.
