Forget your invoices, you will never get them
UI from 15 years ago, but it gets the job done. Fortunately the tutors, at least mine, are professionals. I asked multiple times for invoices after my purchases and I haven't received them so far. The customer service, if there is any, is inefficient.

Great platform to learn new languages.
I am very satisfied with my teacher and with the website in general. Everything is clear, and the process of booking and payment works well. Maybe one thing that could be improved is, for the teacher's that offer loyalty discounts, to inform more clearly in the booking page the minimal amount of lessons to be booked to get the discount. If this info is there, I missed in the first time. Best regards,

Closed profile and keep money...😭
They closed my profile after couple of years with no explanation. All was great before, i had many lessons and good reviews, i loved teaching at there and still want to continue. But since 3 years no answer... 100$ didnt give back too... If here a support team answering, pls help me get started again and I will erase this comment. I just wanna get back and my money too. Thank you!!!

It’s a good system
It’s a good system. The only grey area is what happens if the teacher or you cancels on the day. I will be using it in future as you get decent teachers and a good structure that keeps things running smoothly.
