Bought the tongue scraper but unfortunately it broke after a week. I contacted customer services and a guy called Brian was so helpful. He offered me support to try and fit the scraper but it didn't work so he sent me a new one. Really happy with the new one. Thank you!

I've invested my money into this company in the hope that it would solve my front teeth problem. Purchased the kit did the mouth impression no problem however doing the second part has left total frustration with the paste no full explanation as to why it's nesscary and what's the reason for it. Vague demo video and poor what's app response that seems like it came from a child of 10! I work hard for my money and this is very poor service and information.
Still no clip on front teeth!

I ordered the Essix retainers upper & lower arch. I really didn’t get the hang of doing my lower impression after multiple failed attempts and using up all of my putty & fluid I contacted customer service. Brian who liased with me was so helpful, efficient and reassuring. Brian sent me out more putty & fluid & arranged for a video call with a dentist within 24 hours of my email completely free of charge. Great product, great customer service and products.

Throughout the entire process, I had Brian, Charlotte, Thomas & Oliver in communication with me. All emails were responded to promptly. WhatsApp images responded to promptly & the after sales has been fantastic. It was a smooth, easy process to follow with clear guidance & instructions. Turn around was quick and the product itself is top quality. Came with a case as well. I opted for the 1.2mm retainer for upper & lower. Certainly saved me a lot of hassle & the price was fair - certainly more cheaper than local dentists. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again & grateful I found them.

A really excellent, quick experience with easy to follow instructions from Oliver.

Ordered an impression kit which arrived as expected, the process was more complex than other brands I used but I got through it.

The problems started after I posted my impressions back.

I posted it back as instructed on the 15/09, kept the receipt from the post office (just in case) and heard nothing back for weeks.

Past week 2, I contacted the impressions Whatsapp number I had been conversing with only for them to tell me they never received the impresions back. I send them a photo of the DPD tracking screen next to the receipt I kept saying 'the tracking shipment says different' and this is where it gets interesting. They explain that carriers always mark shipments as delivered before it's even delivered which I've never heard or experienced before.

That's besides me being an e-commerce manager who knows DPD driver's Honeywell parcel scanners are geofenced to each delivery addresses.

At this point I'm less than impressed with their handling and response so I demand a full refund so they point me in the direction of customer services email.

A few hours after contacting them they tell me they've actually found the impressions I sent and would make and send back my retainers as soon as possible. So in the end I got them 2-3 weeks late but luckily my teeth hadn't moved enough to go through the whole process again.

Save yourself the time, hassle and effort of dealing with a company that promises convenience and quality, but may not deliver either. After my experience I would rather use a local dental practice and save time, money and hassle. It's been 7 months, at least 5 of which has involved endless frustrating emails, repeated redoing and resending of impressions. The fitting and impression process is a real hassle when needing to do it at home repeatedly. I had to redo mine 4 or 5 times. Still a poor fitting product. After a lot of conflict and hassle, they've agreed and promised to refund as they have been unable to provide a quality and fitted product. Everything from this company is lip service. According to the consumer rights act, you have a legal right to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. I'd be very wary of dealing with a company that is quick to charge you and will not refund when the product does not deliver.

Had some small issues with my lower retainer and had lovely, fast help and support from a nice guy called Brian. Loved every minute of his support and his response times, he was so nice to talk to, which made the whole process fast to go through, and reached a solution not long after. Thank you so much:)

Venneir contacted me after I submitted the below review and offered to make me a further 2 retainers so I now have 3 retainers that do finally fit. I've updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. While everyone I spoke with at Venneir was very friendly and professional, my rating reflects the amount of time and effort it took to get the 3 retainers I ordered - my initial order was on 13 August and my order was completed on 13 October, so 2 months in total.

I ordered 3 retainers so I had spares. When they arrived one didn't fit at all and the other two were extremely tight and hard to put on and take off, rubbing the enamel on my front 2 teeth in a worrying way. I felt like the retainers didn't fit well because they went too high up my gums, in places there was about 5 to 6mm extra. I complained and Venneir agreed to do another impression "for free". I was then sent just one retainer from that impression. This one did fit and didn't go too high up my gums. I then had to complain again as I had received only one, not the three retainers I ordered. I had to send my impression back and then they made two more retainers for me. I don't understand why as they are made from the same impression, but these two retainers don't fit. In total that's 5 retainers that don't fit! I really can't be bothered to complain again. Next time I'm going to a local dentist as this has ended up costing me much more - I've paid for 3 and got 1 that I can actually use.

Really great customer service with all the people I dealt with. I originally did my impressions and sent them off but unfortunately there was not enough detail to determine the margins. I spoke to Andrew over email and he said they would send me another impression kit free of charge and also offered me a completely confidential one-on-one call with one of their dentists to support me and make sure I felt confident enough when completing the process the second time around. When I had the second kit through, I had a call with a dentist called Nina who was extremely helpful and supported me throughout my completion of the impressions and everything went smoothly. I sent off my impressions and a week later I had my new retainers delivered. Thank you so much for the support, I would definitely recommend! 😊

I’m very happy with my new retainers. They are comfortable to wear, don’t hurt or irritate my gums, and fit really well. The storage box is also very convenient and practical. Great service overall, and a special thank you to Andrew for his help. Highly recommended!

I was a bit wary of getting this product as I have a few teeth problems so I emailed customer support. I spoke to Brian who was absolutely fantastic and gave me all the information I needed and more so much so iv decided to buy both upper and lower sets if veneers. I purchased new retainers recently, and I had made a mistake on my behalf which resulted in the process taking longer than expected, however I got in contact with the support team and both workers Andrew and Brian were really supportive and talked me through the stages, this was really helpful and I am grateful for how supportive they both were and how patient they was.I have received my retainers today and even got an extra pair. So big shout out to Brian and Andrew and the rest of the team, thank-you so much.
