I have travelled with Venatour before so I knew exactly what to expect, I wasn’t disappointed.

Recently I went to South Africa to watch the Wales rugby tour.
It was a great experience throughout and thoroughly enjoyable

Just back from a trip to Argentina to follow Scotland with these guys. Couldn't rate it high enough. Everything was well organised, itinerary was varied and had something for everyone, standards of accommodation were high. It couldn't have been any better. The staff were always on hand and were exceptionally helpful. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.

Booking process was swift and easy to navigate. The one area of delay related to the email confirmation of the booking in order to process the direct bank transfer. A few days elapsed before confirmation arrived. In the end, I phoned to pay by credit card and the sales manager processed it with a warm welcome and little fuss, making me feel like I’d definitely made the right choice choosing to book through Venatour.

After an uncertain start, with no confirmation sent at time of booking, I was a bit worried, but all came good in the end.

Just been on a 5 day tour to Amsterdam with my wife, Liz to watch England vs Netherlands ODI cricket. Fantastic trip. Great hotel and hospitality. Great company. Our host Charlie Garratt made sure all went well. Great attention to detail so nothing to worry about - all done for you. Going to book a trip to the Rugby World Cup with them next year.

Very friendly service. When the pandemic hit there was no quibble and money was returned. We have since travelled again with Venatour and have just booked a third trip with them to Dublin for the rugby six nations next year

Quick and efficient web ordering process especially if you have all the information to hand.

Had a great time in the Caribbean, firstly at Grenada for the cricket and then onto Barbados and St Lucia all organised and sorted without any problems by Venatour. The help and friendly service offered by Maggie and Charlie made it stress free from booking and throughout our holiday. A small group and personal service made it a far more pleasant experience than we would've had with others, would definitely look at future trips, just have to pick a side /sport that we compete in (tiddlywinks..?).

Firstly and most importantly, if you are reading this review wondering whether to book a trip with Venatour then the answer is an unequivocal YES. Just do it, you have definitely made the right choice!
Recently returned from a trip to the 2nd Test in Barbados with Venatour and have to say that everyone involved was superb. Even when I asked to change both flights and extend the accommodation at short notice it didn’t faze them!
Charlie, Lauren and Maggie are all EXCELLENT at their jobs and their professionalism meant that we arrived everywhere on time, with the correct documentation (no mean feat with covid restrictions in place!) and also managed to somehow beat the crowds and return to our hotels in record time!
Thank you to all involved, we’re saving again now for a return visit.

First time with Venatour who were recommended to me by a friend; I can happily say I am still speaking to him. The tour was superbly managed from beginning to end by Lauren, Charlie and Margaret who were all born for this type of work. Nothing was too much trouble for them, on the infrequent occasion there was a hitch, it was quickly, quietly and professionally smoothed over. I would certainly recommend Venatour if you are seeking a professional but easy going and friendly approach to a sporting event.

Just arrived back from a cricket tour to Grenada, however I have traveled with Venatour previously on a rugby tour to Japan. Venatour are such a brilliant company to travel with everything is so well organized but really understated so it more like traveling with friends rather than a travel company. You feel no pressure to join in on trips or events but equally your really welcomed when you do. I can’t express enough how great everyone is. We were also booked with them on the lions tour to South Africa unfortunately this tour was canceled due to COVID and I didn’t once have to chase for a refund. I received all payments in full when they were due.

Have just come back from Cricket Test series in Antigua and Barbados on a tour organised by Venatour. Have not travelled with them before but am so impressed by how exceptionally helpful, courteous and efficient a tour Company they were, where nothing seemed to be too much trouble and with a great, friendly team and ground handlers. This is the first time i have travelled on a Cricket Tour, unlike my brother who has been on 31! We both have nothing but high praise from start to finish, with the whole Venatour experience. Maggie, Charlie and even Hoggy looked after us amazingly. WELL DONE to the whole team.
