Had a slight problem with delivery which was no fault of Velo at all. One email and all was sorted very quickly and compensated for the issue i had with the delivery company. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be using again.

Great customer service
My parcel was delivered by the courier company to the wrong address with no means to find out where it was delivered to.
After having sent an email to Velo explaining the situation they promptly replied and replacement items were sent out very quickly.
The prompt response and very quick resolution to the issue has been great considering this was an Evri problem and not directly a Velo problem.

Terrible service
Terrible service. send me the wrong order. I paid over 60 pounds for 20 pots and received 5
Of completely the wrong flavour. When I got in contact, they said I need to return the 5 items before they even think about sending my original order, that I already paid for. Anyway, I returned the item and told them, for them to ask for proof and for the items to be returned before I could get them! I sent a reply with the returns label and didn’t get an email back at all. I had to request the money back through my bank in the end. Stay away from this company.

Velo Premium service on Nicotine products…
I had some issues with placing an order from Velo initially but Velo customer service was fantastic in resolving those issues, they sent me regular updates through emails and eventually resolved everything, special mention to Arianit who was polite patient professional and very helpful throughout the whole process.

I had a very positive experience with Velo Customer Care. My original order was unfortunately lost during delivery, but the customer service team responded promptly, guided me through the investigation process, and kept me informed throughout.
Once the issue was confirmed, they quickly arranged a replacement order and even included a complimentary product as a goodwill gesture, which I really appreciated.
The whole process was professional, courteous, and efficient. Thank you to the team for resolving the issue so well. I would definitely recommend Velo for their excellent customer service.
