I have received emails from Velaxen's Clara confirming that the subscription has been cancelled and refund was on the way but they have not done this. I believe it to be a dishonorable company and I would like to mount a class action against them. I have given them one more chance to refund the money or face legal action.

The product came after two months of ordering. The label does not state country of origin, manufacturer or any address. I wouldn’t take a pill just like that.

This us a complete scam and fraud. Despite many emails cancelling and having “Emma” reply confirming all subscriptions are cancelled I still have been sent a delivery and had £28 taken out of the bank.
I have now instructed my bank that is fraud and asked for a block to be initiated

I don't see any changes. I'm not even sure what they use. I ordered one bottle and they continue to try to charge me. They got away with charging me for like six months because there's no way to cancel even when I canceled my credit card they still managed to somehow charge me. It's ridiculous. They're the biggest scam on earth.O

MENTAL BLOCK GONE!!! Initially, I started taking the recommended dosage of one tablet a day, but over several weeks, I personally chose to increase the dosage. It's a natural product, and the support team suggested I increase the dosage. I guess my brain chemistry needed more.

The difference was significant!

This literally kick-started my brain into action, and without the usual distraction, I found I was able to finally 'lock on' and TAKE ACTION! The relief now is huge

My experience with VELAXEN was quite remarkable!

I can highly recommend VELAXEN if you're living in a mental prison!
The customer service are very efficient and a quick delivery with no issues

I ordered once they turned it into a subscription , I told them I didn’t subscribe stop sending me this , all they did was keep offering me a discount and never cancelling and keeps sending it , looked on website for a number but no number just an email they say to contact and they will send a link , only responded with trying to offer a discount , I’ve told them over 15 times I don’t want your product I don’t want a discount do not offer that anymore cancel , no cancelation , called my credit card company they investigated and said it was valid after I sent them proof of emails since January and the report says I ordered and signed for each delivery never signed once for a delivery , had my credit card company file a complaint , same shit , after the complaint I finally got a link to cancel a subscription never ordered , the website says manage your account with no way to do that they will just keep sending it f@ck this company we need a class action lawsuit !!!!

Cannot cancel - they keep charging. I have emailed them multiple times to cancel, but Velaxen ignore the email and continue charging. Have to perform a credit card chargeback every time!

Terrible company and fake product. They will start a subscription and keep taking money from your account and it’s impossible to stop until you cancel your card with your bank. Scammers!!

Multiple requests to cancel, when their "link" to cancel wasn't working. Horrible customer service. Avoid like the plague.

Subscription Trap !!
I ordered 1 bottle of Velaxen
They automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription with no way to cancel, I emailed them multiple times asking to terminate the subscription seeing as you cant do it on their website
They emailed back offering a discount multiple times but didn't cancel my subscription
Had to cancel my credit card to get out of it

Worse company i make my order june 13 and I didn’t hear anything from them then I emailed them and they say allready ship my order and was delivery on the june21 but june 21 was sunday and no one delivery on Sunday so please stay away from this company not good for business

Is a scam product. You cannot cancel the subscription, the only thing that you can do to stop then taking your money is to delete the payment method from account

I’ve tried several times to cancel this product. I did not even know that it was on a recurring order. It says that you can discontinue your order whenever you want. I cannot find anywhere where this is an option. It just gives you how to do it in writing when you follow the advice given it doesn’t work. I would not recommend this product to anybody only does it not work but you cannot cancel the subscription they just keep taking money out of your bank account

I really wished I checked here before getting involved with this scam. Same as everyone else - they treated my 60 day trial as a Subscription and then made it impossible to stop. Support just stalls and doesn't help AT ALL. No way to stop on their website. I have a cupboard full of their shitty product.
Had to go to my bank to stop them. FRAUD ALERT.

Avoid this company like the plague, they are a complete scam ordered this product once, I repeat once to test, then monthly subscriptions started occurring on my card. I emailed several times to say I do not want this subscription sometimes polititely sometimes not, ever message completely ignored I had to get my bank to change my card to finally stop them taking money! Yet still they email daily to say payment failed so they are still trying. I seriously think this company are criminals
