The items I ordered were nothing like the ones pictured on their website, in the advertising video or on the actual invoice sent to me. When I tried to get a refund, having sent photos of what I received, I was advised I would have to pay shipping costs to China where they are based. I pointed out it was not a case of me changing my mind but them sending items I would not have ordered in the first place as they were also really poor quality. They eventually said they would refund half the money and refused a full refund. As the cost to post them would be more than their value, a fact they pointed out themselves, this amounts to fraud in my opinion. Communication was awful as the above process took weeks and weeks with many emails. In the end they just kept repeating I would have to pay postage. I would give this company negative 5 stars if I could.

Awful quality, website shows beautiful products but when they arrive they are poor quality and not fit for purpose. Ordered an advent calender which was shown to have high quality diamond art. On arrival the box was so flimsy it was distorted the ribbon not even glued on on one side. On further inspection the contents are worth no more than a pound theyre all the same image in a tiny size. Customer service is even worse than the product expecting £20 to return claiming the product is fine. AVOID this company!!!!
