I was welcomed by Janet the receptionist at the Manchester clinic who chatted to me and put me at ease. Was offered refreshments before seeing Dr Krishnan who explained everything clearly before performing EVLA treatment on my leg.
Trish the nurse provided me with all the aftercare information and checked how I was feeling before I left.
After the follow up appointment was told everything had gone to plan and no further treatment needed.
A massive big thank you to all the team.

When I first made appointment with Helen at veincentre
I was a bit hesitant,only due to my skin being sensitive Helen talked me through the procedure and I had my left cheek Done ,she did say that I did bleed a lot due to me having sensitive skin,when I got up next morning I was badly bruised and not happy with the way it looked only to find over the next couple of weeks it got better and better and all the veins had disappeared

I,ve been attending the Manchester base for facial thread veins with Helen Burndred, the whole experience from start to finish was brilliant, she did the whole process and the end result is amazing, I wouldn't hesitate if your unsure, Helen assured me of everything, explaining what would happen in my treatment and really likes to see the results herself, she even said it makes her happy when people see how good the results are

From the very start of my treatment the staff over the phone at vein centre were very friendly and helpful.Dr Krishnam , Trish and Janet at the Manchester clinic where so welcoming and friendly and very knowledgeable and professional The procedure was a little uncomfortable but very bearable and well worth it. I am so happy with the results.

I decided I was going to have treatment for my varicose veins and after some research I made a decision to go with the Veincentre. One of the reasons I chose them was because they were the only treatment provider I found who openly advertised their prices with no hidden fees. They also had very good reviews on Trustpilot. My experience with them was a very positive one the staff team were all professional but warm and friendly putting me at ease. At my consultation I had a scan and Dr Ananth Krishna fully explained the cause of my varicose veins and what would be the best treatment plan. When I went back for the procedure both Dr Krishnan and Nurse Trish were amazing. As was Janet the receptionist who greets you with a warm welcome and coffee. I’m very pleased with my results so far and have just had my follow up appointment where Dr Krishnan treated my thread veins. If you are thinking about getting treatment for varicose veins or thread veins I totally recommend the Veincentre you will not be disappointed.

Just had treatment with Helen Burndred at Manchester clinic and very impressed with the clear and concise information given. Treatment painless but becomes slightly irritating but not as bad as some other facial treatments I’ve had! Defo recommend.

I attended the Manchester clinic on 26/4/24 and paid £3350 for 'uncomplicated' bilateral EVLA and foam sclerotherapy in 2 veins.

At the follow up I spoke to the doctor about the results (as no improvement cosmetically or symptom wise) and was reassured would improve over time and following treatment with foam sclerotherapy.

I attended and paid for additional foam sclerotherapy on the 26/6/24.

6 months later I complained about the results as both legs were exactly the same (possibly worse as now also left with significant staining and numbness/pain in my thigh). When I expressed this concern to the aftercare team they made me an appointment to see the doctor.

This appointment was cancelled at short notice by the doctor three times! This obviously led to significant inconvenience to myself/job. The aftercare team rang for the fourth time and again tried to cancel however I explained my case and they apologised and an appointment was made to see the Doctor on the 15/11/24.

The doctor agreed my legs were not the desired result and said I was left with some residual varicose veins (in the 2 uncomplicated veins that had been treated). He advised that I would need to pay for additional foam sclerotherapy.

I found this appalling, Veincentre quote to treat all varicose veins throughout their literature with EVLA and foam sclerotherapy. However I have paid over 3 thousand pounds for the treatment of two “uncomplicated” veins including additional cost for foam sclerotherapy!!!! Following this treatment the two varicose veins remain?!

I complained again and said unhappy and unwilling to pay any more money to the clinic. I am genuinely unsure of what I have paid for as my legs are cosmetically looking worse than pre procedure and my thigh is still sensitive and numb. I am also experiencing aching sensation in both legs.

Contacted by a manager on the 29/11/24 saying my case would be looked into and still nothing! I have now written a formal letter of complaint.

In my case Veincentre have breached all of their values that are widely documented on the website - respect, value for money, efficiency and effectiveness.

Dr Ananth Krishnan and his team did a great job on my leg…I’m really pleased with the outcome.
I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of having work done on there Varicose vein’s..

Dr Krishnan was so lovely and made me feel at ease throughout my appointments. Really quick and easy and worth it! I would definitely recommend veincentre to anyone looking for this treatment.

I had a C3 Grade Varicose Vein on my left leg. I had this for around four years and it was getting bigger and more painful. The NHS advised me I didn’t meet the criteria to have this treated, hence me looking at private clinics and online reviews.

I had EVLA treatment and foam sclerotherapy in July. I was very anxious before the treatment as I didn’t know what to expect and how painful it would be. Trish the nurse reassured me and she is such a lovely caring and attentive lady. Dr Dr Ananth Krishnan carried out my treatment, he was very professional and friendly making me feel at ease. The EVLA was only slightly uncomfortable nothing painful, the foam sclerotherapy was more painful as this was by my ankle. I could see the results immediately before the compression stocking was put on and was amazed with the results. It’s not cheap however it’s well worth it to finally be pain free. Thank you.

I went to the Manchester centre to have a varicose vein treated. From the start to finish the experience was excellent. My consultant, Dominic Dodd, was brilliant. He came up with the best solution for me and the results are fantastic. I would definitely recommend Veincentre.

It took me over two years to take the plunge and have my varicose veins treated, and now I just wish I had done it sooner! All veincentre staff were friendly and helpful, from the booking centre through to the receptionist and the doctor and nurses I was consistently treated respectfully and fully informed of the right treatment for me. The treatment was done in less than an hour as promised, I couldn't believe the results almost immediately. Three months on the appearance is 100% improved and my symptoms of aching, pain and heat have disappeared. My legs look and feel years younger.

I can highly recommend Veincentre. I have suffered for many years with varicose and thread veins and finally decided to do something about it and I'm glad I did! I was apprehensive about having treatment but was put at ease as soon as I entered the clinic. The care I received both during and after treatment was excellent and the doctor and nurse were both friendly, reassuring and informative. I did have a problem with one of my veins but this was addressed promptly at no extra cost and is now fine. I had slight discomfort for a few weeks, which was longer than I expected, but things are now settling down and I am pleased with the results so far, no more bulging veins. I can't wait to start wearing shorts.

I really cannot recommend Dr. Krishnan and the Veincentre too highly. In the several procedures that I have undergone, I have found nothing but professionalism, care, and expertise at the highest level. Dr. Krishnan is truly exceptional at what he does; not only does he make every treatment effective, but he also makes it pain-free. His calm manner and clear communication put me at ease from day one.

Everyone in the team at the Vein Centre is so supportive and caring. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door and reassured. All staff are very kind, attentive, and go that extra mile in ensuring you are comfortable throughout your visit. They make an environment of warmth and friendliness that really helped take away a lot of pre-procedure anxiety.

I am impressed most by the thoroughness and compassion of Dr. Krishnan. He walked me through the process step by step, and I knew what was going on, and was confident in the treatment plan. His attention to detail and focused approach kept it all so effortless, and I was amazed at how painless the procedures were.
Really, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome or experience.

I wish I had done it sooner. All of those years avoiding shorts. The whole process was amazing. From consultation until my final visit was around 12 weeks. My leg looks amazing. Dr Krishnan and his teams really looked after me. The process is almost pain free. Nowhere near as expensive as I thought it would be. I would recommend Veincentre to anyone. I am so grateful. There are not enough words to express my thanks.

This was an excellent service all round. I am really pleased with the results and it was great value. The ladies who carried out the treatment were so friendly and actually quite entertaining.... I was called later by the aftercare team to check I was okay following the treatment. I only experienced red skin for a day and felt completely back to normal after a week. I would definitely recommend this service. I would definitely go back if it were needed 😊
