Brilliant service thank-you Ali explained everything and is very professional and very explanatory with the hire process. He reassured me and said any problems call me asap ref the vehicle. Highly recommend.

Appalling company, I have been badgered by them with text messages asking me to arrange a vehicle to replace mine for when it is repaired, I gave them the dates almost 5 weeks ago but they still persist.
Have phoned them on the 9th May and having furnished all the required information the operative was unable to confirm a vehicle and put me on hold many times to seek answers from others.

The phone call lasted some 40 mins and no conformation was given but was told that I would receive a phone call later that day to confirm, that phone call never came and no phone call the following day either, however I am back now to getting text messages asking me to call and go through the whole process again.

What is most infuriating is that the damage to my vehicle was not even my fault and it is now almost 3 months and still nothing except hours of my time wasted.

The insurance industry needs turning on it's head as it is not fit for purpose, it is full of 3rd parties who are trying to make a profit from an accident in my opinion borders on criminal, yet premiums keep going up and service is going down.
It has become so easy for this industry to fleece customers as it is a legal requirement to have motor insurance which allows us to be exploited.

The damage to my vehicle is not serious just cosmetic but I would hazard a guess that this fiasco has already cost thousands and not even been repaired yet and we the customers are paying this in our extortionate premiums.

VRG were superb. I found myself stuck with no vehicle after VW let me down leaving a long planned and trip in the balance, but VRG came through and found a suitable vehicle, delivering it to me in time for my trip. All of the staff I spoke to were very helpful, but Lauren in particular stood out, giving an exceptional level of customer care.

Amazing customer service , friendly and very quick at solving problems. I spoke to Lucy today as I received a message about collection of my hire car in the next 2 hours whilst at work. After a phone call everything has been sorted and car is going to be collected tomorrow morning. Couldn’t ask for a better outcome. Definitely recommend

Liberty was polite,courteous and very efficient this morning. She went above and beyond all expectations. My replacement car was sitting on my drive 3 hours from the phone call - that is truly amazing. Very pleased.

Driver was very polite. And offered to give me a lift to collect my car which was very helpful.

Car turned up as expected, very clean inside and out.
Delivery driver Ali was very courteous and friendly.

Had a fabulous experience, attentive from the beginning. Called back when they said they would and resolved everything in such a good timely manner, everything was explained and helped someone like me (less tech savvy and unsure)through it all. Thanks.

Was involved in an incident with a markerstudy customer and the whole process has been an utter farce, the latest of when where, although my copley letter states they will provide a vehicle that is suitable for my needs, they don't provide similar size and spec and will only provide S1 class vehicles. At no point was I told this and I would have gone with my own insurer if I had known this. They also won't book the hire vehicle until parts are on site meaning my hire car was booked 2 days before the repair and they took 3 weeks to pay for urgent repairs to my vehicle which rendered it undrivable

They kept me well informed, did what they said they would when they said.
The staff especially the delivery and collection drivers were polite and helpful. The whole process of the replacement car while mine was in the body shop was effortless.

Dealt with by Sam - not our claim, but for the person who hit us. The process was explained clearly and precisely. Fortunately we didn't need to go forward with the claim. However it was lovely to be dealt with in such a professional and caring way...thanks Sam!

Absolutely shocking. Although it wasn’t charged to myself or my insurance company. I couldn’t help but feel for the person at faults insurance company. £27.000 for a courtesy vehicle for 12 weeks. How people get away with charging that much is beyond me. I could have bought the vehicle for less.

The delivery driver (Michael) was amazing nothing was too much trouble in the handover today. He was sat waiting in readiness for my arrival at the planned time and throughout the whole handover process was extremely professional, but friendly and very patient whilst explaining all the mechanics of the hired vehicle to me. He went above and beyond in helping set up the ‘Sat Nav’ with several of my regular destinations visiting family. A BIG thank you to Michael and for the service provided by VRG.
