Ordered a mazda 3 2010 bumper
Recieved a mazda 3 mps bumper that didnt even fit my car didnt find this out till after it cost me 600 pound to get it painted as it didnt fit the car awful, they dont even have mps bumpers listed on their site so i dont know why they sent me 1

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a vehicle part with next-day delivery, and here I am FIVE days later with nothing to show for it. No tracking number was provided, and when I reached out on WhatsApp, their response was laughable. They claimed the courier "attempted to deliver" and used random pictures from Google Maps as "proof." Seriously?

I no longer need the part and asked for a refund, but they can't even tell me when I'll get my money back. The lack of professionalism and customer service is astounding. Avoid this company at all costs – they’re unreliable and don’t seem to care about their customers.

So in a panic after being told by Peugeot that the parts for a repair was £3200 just for the parts. I found these guys, the contact was exceptionally helpful and saved me over £1600 in parts. Ordered on Tuesday, delivered Thursday morning. All I can say is thank you and exceptional service. Will definitely use in the future.

The parts arrived intact, which is good. The site says 1-2 days, I waited 3. Well, there is no information about when and at what time, which makes you wait, without being able to leave the house. Someone from the family must stay.

Ordered a bonnet for delivery - I was told it would be delivered by 6 pm and I heard nothing. I called the carrier and they do not have any deliveries for my address. The seller did not provide a tracking number, they provided inaccurate information and I still do not have my item. I have tried calling vehicle spares on numerous occasions, nobody answers the telephone and they take excessive amounts of time to reply to WhatsApp messages.

This is shocking customer service and the multitude of reviews speak for themselves.

If I do not receive my item, I will be escalating this with my bank and authorities as other reviews seemed to already be doing.

Dreadful fitting out of shape wing purchased for £193.
I know it is a copy but I paid more for what I thought was a quality part I should have bought a cheap Chinese copy from eBay would have fitted the same.
I emailed the company twice explaining the bad fitment and they couldn’t even be bothered emailing me back. I’ve been in the trade for over 30 years and this part was a bad fitting out of shape panel fit for the scrap heap £193 down the drain. AVOID‼️
