I contacted v comfort for a massage chair, Ayaz help guide me through the different options and what I was looking for. I purchased a T Rok Pro chair in black. The delivery arrived today and Ayaz and Gul, arrived and installed the chair in my room choice. Effortless installation and polite and professional individuals. Good quality service, the chair is excellent!!! Thank you very much!! I recently purchased the V Comfort Pro and couldn’t be happier with it. It has made a huge difference to my back pain and has helped me stand much straighter and more comfortably. The support and comfort it provides are excellent.

The delivery service was outstanding from start to finish. The team delivered the chair to the room of my choice, set everything up quickly and efficiently, and took the time to show me exactly how to use all of its features. The entire process was completed within minutes with no hassle at all, and they even removed and disposed of all the packaging and rubbish.

Customer service was equally impressive. Every question I had was answered clearly, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout. I would highly recommend the V Comfort Pro and the company for their excellent product and first-class service.

Great experience! Visited the Birmingham showroom and the staff were more than helpful and willing to give as much time as necessary. Purchased that same day. I can’t thank VComfort enough for the patience and kindness they showed me throughout the whole process. I wasn’t able to visit the showroom due to difficult circumstances, but they still went out of their way to help and arranged a home trial so I could try the chair properly and feel confident in my decision.

What a great company and service is impeccable. Went to showroom in Birmingham and shown numerous chairs and Mamood was extremely knowledgeable and spent time with us to make the right choice. Delivery was fast and the delivery agents were friendly and careful bringing chair into the house. A great service from start to delivery, highly recommend service and the massage chair.

Went to the showroom to test the chairs. Had a great experience they was very helpful. In the end went with the isupreme max. Best investement. Ive had it for 2 years now and wouldnt go back. All my family love it

We bought the Rotai A39 3D as a Christmas present for a family member. The company themselves were very easy and efficient to deal with and the item was delivered when stated. We are very pleased with the purchase and it is of much better quality with a lot more options than we expected! :)

I wanted to wait a while before writing this review as when spending the type of money a massage chair costs I wanted to see whether it was 'one shot wonder' purchase - and I can safely say after a year I still love my massage chair and I sit in it most days.
I did a lot of research on the chairs - visiting the 4 main suppliers of massage chairs and researched the background of the companies. After sitting in so many chairs the top models blended into one another but I chose my iSupreme due to the hand massage which I love. But more important to me was the validity of the company, as given the cost I want this chair to last a long time.
I researched the backgrounds of the companies including looking at data at companies house, as I heard about a company that sold a bunch of chairs in the UK and then pulled out of the market, I believe Vcomfort will be around a while unlike one of them that had discontinued strike off which made me wary.
I have been more than happy with the aftercare that Vcomfort has provided as more than a year later they answered my question about the auto programmes and provided an extra cushion pad (which I hadn't followed up on within the year).
I would recommend them to anyone for this type of purchase.
