Had a really good experience in store and over the phone with Lavinnia. Helped me pick out the perfect setting and diamond. Nothing was too much to ask and was able to arrange diamonds and settings to be moved to different stores to suit me. Kept informed about the progress of the ring and arrived much quicker than the official 8 weeks. Great service from Lavinnia and Vashi and would happily recommend to friends and family

My experience at Vashi was amazing. I visited to store to find the perfect engagement ring and (without any doubt) I found it. Anil was amazing and he was extremely helpful in letting me find the perfect ring, providing guidance and useful tips at the highest standard. The quality (of ring and of service) provided is fantastic and I can definitely see why they are unique in their field. I will most certainly use them in the future!

I visited Covent Garden yesterday and it was a lovely experience. I bought my first piece and will definitely be back for more. The staff were brilliant and made you feel very special. They even cleaned my own diamonds and made them look like new again x

Wassila made the experience very pleasant. She was very helpful and cheerful and the service was professional and efficient. She managed to help me get my ring resized within few hours. Also helped set up an order for another ring, all within few minutes of meeting.

Can't give enough praise to this company. The customer service from start to finish was incredible. Aneta who I was in contact the most was very good at giving me updates about the ring and also very accommodating when we asked for last minute changes to the size. She made the whole process a lot easier. Communication is also great, as I always had a response back from either Aneta or another member of the Vashi team within a few hours tops.

The ring is also amazing, my partner loves it! Highly recommend Vashi.

I had been wanting to purchase a signet ring for a quite sometime and decided to look at a ring in Vashi. From the moment I saw something I liked the service from Anna and Kristina was exceptional. They ordered me in the ring from another store so I could see the design, they then made sure the correct size was taken and explained the process from start to finish. I was kept up to date via email throughout the whole process. I honestly couldn’t recommend the service or the quality of the ring I have purchased. Really happy! :)
