I could not praise or recommend the team at Vashi Piccadilly enough, with particular emphasis on the incredibly warm and considerate customer service provided by Xenia. She was wonderful from the offing with helping me to select the perfect engagement ring for my fiance who loves it! I booked an appointment for my engagement ring and visited one of their store in Piccadilly.
Louis took me trough all the various aspect of how to choose the right diamond and provided insightful tips. No overselling or pressure was also another very positive point. The overall experience was fun and much less complicated then expected thanks to Louis guidance.

Update - I was contacted by Vashi and their customer services team dealt with this very well. It sounds like I had an unfortunate experience and appreciate how they sorted this out.

Underwhelming and disappointing service. I really liked what I had seen of vashi online and the jewellery I bought is lovely however the service was really substandard. We turned up with a booking but they couldn't find it on their system. It then felt we were rushed through choosing our wedding rings. The assistant was clearly distracted. It didn't feel like the special experience I'd hoped. We were in and out in 13mins!

30 minutes later I got a call from the assistant saying she'd undercharged us. It shouldn't have been £1,000 but £1,300! Quite a difference. Having already felt rushed this was further deflating (verging on dishonest).

When we collected the rings it turned out the assistant had ordered the ring size bigger than my engagement ring. It was way too big. She had measured my ring and I'd assumed the wedding ring would be the same - she hadn't said it would be bigger. It was resized and is lovely but what I was hoping to be a special experience was utterly disappointing. I'd never recommend Vashi to my friends I'm afraid.

I wanted to get special gifts to celebrate both my wife's 70th birthday and our ruby wedding anniversary, both events occurring within a month of each other. I reached out to Vashi and was immediately contacted by Sophie Lomax, Vashi's Head of Design. We discussed themes and ideas and Sophie came back with 3 superb designs that really captured the essence of what I was after. Time was short for the first one (due to my late start) but the Vashi Team pulled out all the stops and the gift was ready in time for my wife's birthday. She loves it - and has already had several compliments from those that have seen the pendant and earrings. I know that the forthcoming, and totally unexpected, wedding anniversary gift will delight her even more. I can't speak highly enough of the superb people at Vashi, their attention to detail and their commitment to top rate customer service.
