The delivery was really fast
The delivery was really fast, the materials of the item are great quality. One issue is that the inside pocket of the shorts wasn’t fully stitched up. There is an unstitched gap of about an inch. Must have missed the quality check. I can’t be bothered to return, will sow myself.

I live in France
I live in France . A sweater wasn't available in my size on Varley's European website . I was on vacation in Oxfordshire and then spent four days in London, and I was able to easily order the sweater from Varley's UK site . Delivery to my hotel was fast and on time . It was absolutely perfect .

Regular customer
I’m a longstanding customer of Varley and have many items in my wardrobe. I like the style and quality of their clothing. However, more recently I have become increasingly frustrated with the poor customer service when trying to contact them to resolve a problem. Eventually I was contacted by a Senior Customer Service Manager who dealt with my complaint efficiently and effectively. Thank you Courtney for your assistance. I look forward to continuing to shop with Varley.

Excellent service all round, and fabulous clothes.
Excellent and speedy ordering and delivery service. My sweatshirt was beautifully packed and arrived in perfect condition with not a single crease! It is really gorgeous, the fabric is so soft, and I am looking forward to wearing it. The fit is perfect.

Imperfect from selection to delivery
The website was annoying and after I put something in the basket I was sent back to the main page not to the filtered result stream. Also the delivery driver delivered my order to a random shop a 10 minute walk from my home address
