Excellent Customer Service
I placed an order where I received what I thought was a faulty piece of equipment. I made a complaint and asked for a replacement. It turned out that I ordered the wrong piece of equipment by mistake, but Paul answered my complaint speedily, and offered to send me the item I originally intended to buy. I realised the mistake I made and turned down the offer of a free replacement, but Paul said it was no problem and was happy to send it even though the mistake was mine.
My complaint couldn't have been resolved any more speedily or thoroughly, and even though the mistake was mine, that's excellent customer service.

Vape purchase …
Didn't think much of the customer service. The vape i ordered was faulty but instead of just letting me send it back I had to send pictures, videos. Then had to pay for postage, which I did get back. Once they received it I still had to wait for it to be tested before I got me refund.

When a product is reported as faulty, we do ask for photos or videos first as this often allows us to quickly identify the issue and, in some cases, resolve it without customers needing to go through the process of returning the item. If a return is required, the product does need to be sent back to us so it can be inspected and tested by our team before a refund can be issued. This is a standard part of our returns process and helps us confirm the fault and report it back to the manufacturer.
We understand this can feel like a longer process than expected, and we do appreciate your patience while it was completed. We’re glad that your postage costs were reimbursed and that the refund was processed once the testing had been carried out.
Your feedback is important to us and we’ll certainly take it on board as we continue working to improve our service.
