Fast and efficient

Still havnt received my order and have emailed customer service with no contact back what so ever. Website still shows they are pre paring my order.

Good product for price

I had a fair amount of difficulty with payment as neither of my Mastercards were being accepted for some reason - so I ended up paying from my Visa Debit (bank account) which was fine BUT I had to contact customer service because the failed transactions were showing on both my Mastercard accounts. They were very responsive, but did not follow up with me.

Additionally, I was never notified when the item shipped so after a week of hearing nothing I contacted customer service again and this time got zero response whatsoever.

Thankfully, I'm quite happy with the product itself.

No one answers the phone at head office, no return calls, little help from retailers as they are dropping the product because of bad service and supply.

I opened my new device with some excitement! I charged it for a good half day. Filled the device with product and waited for the indicator letting us know when device was at proper temperature. The haul was quite disappointing. Even with the stir stick and continued hauls, there was never really much vapor. (I packed the product into another style of vaporizer and there was plenty vapor remaining)
Then I tried to connect with blue tooth, which didn't work. Friends tried connecting to their devices and that didn't work.
I just want a full refund but customer service really isn't helpful.
I do love that Summit+ strain hunters is nice and compact and well equipped in the box, but if it works so poorly whats the point of having it?

Besides my shipping charge issue, I love the summit. It's a whole different smoking experience. So much so, I ordered one for my mom. You must see for yourself. Vapium did in fact kindly reach out to me and offer to refund my shipping fees.

They charged me for shipping when it was supposed to be free. I emailed them about it and they replied with "we don't know. We'll get back to you if we figure something out". Still haven't heard back.

Love the Summit+. Best grab n' go vape I have used. It's not scared of the elements. Small form factor makes it easy to carry and use. Better vapor quality and production than the Pax2.

Excellent customer service. Not just the best I have encountered in this industry, but the best of any company I have dealt with. These folks care about their products and customers.

Was introduced to Vapium's Summit on a camping trip this year. I've tried several vaporizers for dry herbs over the years and the Summit has become my new favorite. It is simple to use, and powerful. The vapor is cool & rich with good flavor. There is not a long wait time until use, which is nice. I do a lot of outdoor sports and like that the unit looks stylish, yet is durable enough not to break if accidentally dropped. It is water resistant and easy to hold & load on the go. Cleaning the unit is also very easy. No parts to lose! You can also charge the Summit in the outdoors with a solar phone charger. Other cool features - Summit comes with its own stir tool, stored on the side of the unit. No more hunting for twigs or toothpicks! The Bluetooth /app feature I've not used much, but adds a bit of tech interactivity to the experience, controlling the temperature, session time, etc. The temperature controls are accurate and easy to scroll thru, even with gloves on! The Summit gives a little vibration when its ready to use and will auto shut off after no use for several minutes. Stylish yet durable, efficient & affordable, Vapium's Summit will be on the packing list for my next adventures!

I tried to order a USB recharger to replace one that was damaged. They charged my card on 2/7/2018. It was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. it is now 2/15 and it is still not here. I sent a message 2 days ago and still haven't heard back. Pretty crappy service considering they charged $19 for shipping and handling.

Of all the products Ive used, this is the most difficult and least effecient Ive come across. My opinion is to stay far away from this product.

Indicated product was available and was told after purchase that it was not. Paid extra $60 for express shipping. Sat on “live” chat for almost an hour waiting for customer service to assist. They never showed up. I sent an email inquiring and never received a response. Not happy.

My only complain would be the website. It takes a while to load, crashes, hard to navigate not user friendly otherwise love their products great quality. thank you.

ordered product on your website, wasn't told product was out of stock,
charged my credit card, didn't inform me until process was complete.
that is poor business and deceptive.
no date was given for product to be shipped.
you have ruined a Christmas gift, i could have went local and purchased
a similar product if i had known. i will never buy from you again, and will not give you a good review.
