Rang to say they had ran out of every flavour of the vape ordered but they had something similar they could replace it with, got the order today and there nothing alike, battery life half of what the others do. And flavours different. Don’t get why there advertising something they don’t have.

Accepted I'm not likely to get my goods from this company. No reply to email, phone call or texts.
I have reported to trading standards and suggest everyone affected does too. Phone 0808 223 1133, was on the phone for only 5mins.
Website still live so others will be losing anything from £200 each order.

Did not receive order or any reply to emails or messages

1 week in and no despatch of order, no communication from them, attempted to call and phone switched off for 5 consecutive days, messaged on whats app with no response. Receved refund from bank via charge back. Wont use again

Placed order almost 2weeks with next day delivery. The order update has not changed from order placed. Emailed company as well as sent WhatsApp messages but have received no reply. Top of website also stated free delivery on orders over £150 but was still charged the £7.99 delivery fee. I would avoid at all costs and will have to go via bank to get a charge back on the payment by the looks of things. Absolutely awful experience!!

Terrible service, ordered products in November, had to change my order and they said they would deliver straight away, 6 weeks ago, tried ringing and messaging and just kept getting fobbed off.
asked for a refund but got nothing and last few weeks all messages and calls ignored.
Very disapointed and they were quite happy to take my money, but didn't have any interest in sending my products or giving a refund.
I have now gone through my bank to get a refund

I've always got what I ordered and have spent quite a bit here, I don't know what's happened but the the last 5 orders have been progressively worse, when I started ordering from vapewholesale I ordered Monday and Wednesday it was here last few a lot of excuses not received payment(you had), order was held due to fraud(nope). My last order was placed 25th January still not arrived, no contact no reply to email, chat disabled or ignored I was going to score one star but thought I'd give them a chance, I will be placing one more order after/if this one arrives to see if the owner wants my business and if this is the same I'll be looking elsewhere. I'm not chasing for the delivery if there's issues that's fine I'd just like to know when I can expect my delivery. Don't expect next-day delivery it may arrive in next month or two.. this is no way to run a business and ultimately if this continues you won't have one to run. Get it sorted

Scam Still waiting for order no reply waiting for refund through bank need to wait 30 days before can sort it

I put an order in on the 19th yes there's been issues but since then I've had no contact no replies to emails or messages and my money has gone but no order

Had to do a bank charge back on my order.
They’ve completely ghosted me. Ordered last month and nothing at all from them. No replies to emails, calls or messages on WhatsApp
AVOID!!

Spent £1000’s with this company over the years used to be great to deal with they have gone to shit now !!
Customers service is none existent ignoring all communication.
Have instructed my bank to chargeback claim for non receipt of goods to take my money back from there account.

Placed an order on 31.12.25, I've been getting messages saying 'we apologise for the delay we will sort this asap' and here we are a month later (30.1.26) and my order is still yet to be seen and I'm no longer getting any replies. Last message I received was on 22.1.26 which said 'hi, i apologise for the trouble, i will let my team know regarding the issue and they will get back to you as soon as possible.'

They stole my money I never got my order but got the fraud dealing with it keep away from them they are robbing peaple

Ordered 12 days ago and still not recieved despite being next day delivery. I contacted them a week ago and they said there was a technical error (unlikely as many reviews seem to say they didnt receive their order). I asked for them to process refund at the end of the week if still not shipped. They said they would but haven't. Have contacted them again to ask for a refund and am waiting for a reply

I placed an order with this company several days ago have asked for tracking number via WhatsApp and tried to contact them they ignore your calls and messages still have not received items and to be honest with you I’m not expecting to receive them reading other peoples reviews
