I ordered some Hayati liquid and was sent Fire Rose, I was disappointed and was a little worried as I couldn't find a phone number to call. Instead I messaged the number provided for WhatsApp, and had a reply within 10 minutes with a pre paid returns label.

Upon sending evidence of me sending the incorrect item back, Stephen confirmed they have sent out the correct product the same day before even receiving the wrong product!

An experience turned from disappointed to thankful in absolutely no time, this is how customer service should be! Thank you!
