Ordered £500 worth of ecigs from what I thought was a trusted retailer. Wow was I wrong, had an email to say delivered with picture no number on door or time of delivery. Tried neighbours as all houses look the same but nothing. Contacted customer service countless amount of times no reply,then finally get a reply can’t do anything sorry,£500 down the drain they don’t care they got there money. I WOULD STAY CLEAR!!!!

I ordered RandM 7000 puff vapes 4 boxes. Out of 4 boxes of 10 have 1 full box where the vapes are faulty. After opening seals and waiting 10 minutes to start vaping and get a burnt coil taste. Tried contacting customer services but no reply.

Messaged to ask if a product was out of stock as other websites were advertising it, but once order placed told there was no stock. I know this one to be difficult to get hold of so I wanted to check in advance. Customer services responded quickly, politely and provided an exceptional service you don't often get these days! Bank transferred the payment to get it shipped same day and received within 14 hours of placing the order.
