I’m disappointed with my experience
I’m disappointed with my experience. I placed an order over a month ago (Order #54665) and initially reached out on March 7th regarding an issue. After waiting patiently, I finally received a response offering a refund — but since then, communication has completely stopped.
It’s now been weeks with no update, no resolution, and most importantly, no refund. Multiple attempts to follow up have been ignored, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
At this point, I feel completely let down as a customer. Poor communication and failure to follow through on a promised refund is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing.

Your original order was fulfilled, and we have already processed a refund for the kit
Following this you informed us that you were not satisfied with the pod. Although this was not a fault on our part we agreed—purely as a gesture of goodwill—to also refund the pod.
This additional refund has been processed. As previously explained refunds can take 4–5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
We understand that delays can be frustrating, but leaving negative reviews while the agreed resolution is still in progress is unexpected, especially as we have taken extra steps to support you beyond our standard policy

I placed an order 23rd February, for next day delivery. The items didn't arrive. I had to chase this order up, several times. I called, sent messages and emails. Eventually I was told, that my order had gone missing, and that they no longer held the stock to fulfill my order. Even though Vape Big, was still selling the stock, that wasn't available or in stock, to fulfill said order. This was 2nd March. I was offered to either, choose a different flavour, or a refund. Obviously I went with the refund option. I was informed, that it would take 3-5 days to appear in my account. Fast forward to 9th March, still no refund. I contacted Vape Big for the 15th time, since placing my order, this time by text message, and was informed, that as stated, when we spoke the day before, it would take 3-5 days. (We hadn't spoken, it was the week before). Obviously, because of amount people, that were/are chasing orders and refunds, the poor guy got confused. His response, when I informed him of this was, that he was confused and asked me to bear with him, I did bear with him, he didn't get back to me. A few hours later, I asked for an update, no reply... I called the next day, he told me he would call me back in 10 minutes, I was skeptical, as whenever he had said that, no call transpired. I then decided, enough was enough, and I filled a dispute with my bank, low and behold, not long after I this, I received a somewhat flustered, phone call from Vape Big, asking if I'd received my refund, as it had been sent, (it hadn't). Who also told me, that submitting a dispute, would mess up any refund. It didn't, as an hour later, after submitting my dispute, my bank issued a refund, NOT Big Vape. I wouldn't recommend this company, to anyone who would expect to receive an order. Be prepared for a very bad and drawn out experience if you do.

In cases where an order is reported lost, we are required to wait for the courier’s investigation to be completed before issuing a refund. Once the courier confirmed the outcome of the investigation, we initiated the refund on our side. As mentioned during our communication, refunds can take 3–5 working days to appear in your account after we process them, depending on your bank.
We would also like to sincerely apologise for the level of service you received while trying to resolve this. This is not the standard we aim to provide to our customers, and we fully understand how frustrating the delays and communication issues must have been.
As a gesture of goodwill and compensation for the inconvenience caused, we would like to offer to send you a replacement order completely free of charge. Please email us with the products you would like, and we will arrange to have them sent out to you at no cost at all.
Additionally, the director of the company will personally call you tomorrow to discuss this matter further and ensure everything has been properly resolved.
Once again, we apologise for the experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
They haven’t sent me my order
They haven’t sent me my order. They sent me confirmation of my order when I purchased it and never contacted me again. I’ve contacted them multiple times via email to no reply. I try to call their help line and the number is not in operation. And now ironically they contact me asking to rate my experience with them.

It seems unfair to leave us a negative review when you are not responding to us or even tried to reach us. We have checked your tracking and you missed delivery of your parcel on the 4th of March. You need to click on your tracking link and book a redelivery. Please reach out to us if you don’t have your tracking information and we will help you with this matter.
