Regularly used for Juice during lockdown, always delivered on time and reasonably priced.

Happy to report that this is a company that obviously values it's customers! I hadn't realised my vape has been improved and ordered Myle Pods that unfortunately did not fit my model - it was sorted within minutes despite it being my problem with a new vape on its way! First class! Would recommend highly!

Have used vape and juice for years now,absolutely great service on line and in store in Canterbury and Margate.

Once I found vape & juice a few years ago I’ve used their products ever since. Whether I visit them in store at the shop near me or ordered online (during lockdown), they've always given me great advice and service. I’ve got my sister hooked on them too now!

I've ordered from Vape and Juice a handful of times over the past few months.

All in all, I think they have a good range of products, but unfortunately they haven't been able to keep their Speedy Shipping promise any time I've ordered.

As a NI customer you come to expect actually recieving a Next Day Delivery on time from a GB store is improbable at best; but recieving a Next Day Delivery 10 Days after ordering is inexcusible - particularly when this experience is repeated across several orders over the past number of months.

I've had a mixed experience with their customer service, in some cases they were quite helpful, in other cases I just didn't get a reply at all.

Despite this, I still may order from them again in the future purely because I enjoy their products.

While certainly not Speedy, my orders did arrive eventually. I'll just be mindful to add an extra week or so onto the expected delivery date...

Sent a faulty kit back twice, was promised a new kit to be sent to me 2 weeks ago still not received it!!!! Sent loads of emails to Tom, and getting no reply back just being ignored. I would never ever deal with this company again, and would not recommend to anyone!!! As they do not stick to there word and ignore emails. I will be going elsewhere in future. Bad bad company!!!!!

Just to clarify this was a code used over the bank holiday weekend and this was the only time that my order took almost two weeks to arrive.

I was spoken to by a person who claimed to be the owner and said i couldnt. Without me reiterating the matter any further....

I have been loyal to your company for about two years and I thank you once again for a great product.

At no point do I wish to rub any of what I’m saying in your face.

But it’s the first time I have encountered this problem. I spoke to you via your chat service and over the phone.

The discounts I talked about are ones embedded in on the website and as you said over the phone that I have had these for almost every order I put in. You also then said that this was a new implementation by the company and there was nothing you could do…. ie; you couldn’t override it.

We are not talking about stacked discounts…. Or layering up discounts. It’s a simple matter of you texted a code for a percentage off products. The system doesn’t accept it and you guys didn’t honor the discount on that occasion.

I’m surprised you would write otherwise on the trustpilot website.

I thank you for the time you took to reply and will still be giving you my custom. Despite me paying more than I usually do.

in the past i have brought cheap vapes from ebay etc and after 4-6 months or less had to look again and buy another and so on. so decided it was time to buy a decent vape kit from a proper vape store and came across Vape&Juice, website was easy to navigate and look at various kits, very vast range of liquids too. Have ordered a Smok mag vape kit and some juices which i collected this afternoon, friendly guy i spoke to on the phone and met again in store to collect from. Have now set up an account with them and will only buy from here from now on. also the points to collect and discounts on future purchases are generous so really happy with that too. I was very sad to see the Northgate shop close. The staff were always very helpful. Now I use their online service. It’s always reliable and has frequent discounts.

My experience with Vape and Juice has been very pleasant over the years. Delivery is always prompt and their flavours are the best I’ve tried by far (pineapple is favourite of mine). I would definitely recommend.
