Well, I ordered 1st time, never knew this company so I was sceptical, especially with all discounts. My order somehow lost in royal mail (no wonder, it's royal mail). I contacted Vapeaah and they send me replacement with next day special delivery by dpd 👍, since Im going abroad soon.
Seriously unbelievable customer service, they even called me to explain and apologise even though it's royal mail fault.
I will definitely order again, even I've promised that if my lost parcel arrives I will call them and pay over the phone.
