I’ve recently leased my 8th vehicle, using various companies over the years, and Van Zone have by far been the best when it comes to customer service.

From start to finish, they delivered exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to help. I had a new member of staff starting on the Monday and, after the paperwork was delayed from my side when my printer decided to pack up at the worst possible time, they pulled out all the stops to get the vehicle turned around quickly and save me the additional cost and hassle of having to hire a van in the meantime.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. I dealt with Sam, Emily and Christina, and all three are an absolute credit to the business.

The vans are just as described with all the backup you need to make a really easy faultless purchase.

I first made contact with Vanzone, my initial contact was with a person called Sam Johnson, who was extremely helpful and understood my current situation.

A little bit of background behind what happened I went to a different company went through the process had a vehicle delivered however it was the incorrect vehicle and then the communication from there was very poor.

I then done some research and found some really good reviews regarding van zone, I first spoke to Sam Johnson explained the situation and believe it or not the process has been so easy and so straightforward.

It’s a little things they call you back when they’re meant to call you back.

They send the correct documentation and nothing seems any trouble to them.

This is the first time I have ever financed a vehicle and the process with van zone is so straightforward, and individuals like Sam Johnson are so helpful and professional excellent customer service and nothing is too much trouble very highly recommended.

Honestly, it is so hard nowadays to find a company that you can trust from an individual first time ever financed a vehicle vanzone have gone above and beyond.

Fantastic service from the team right from the first enquiry through to the notification of delivery of two vans.
Follow up has been welcome, a company that wants to get things right.

I have to be honest this company was spot on from the start with good sensible advice, great service and prices and kept us well informed as to delivery etc of two vehicles we have just purchased through them.

We received our crew cab van a few weeks ago and are delighted with it!
The whole procedure from Simon sourcing the van, to the admin team keeping me regularly updated and answering my many questions, to the delivery being right on time was fantastic.
I have to admit that I was quite nervous having never bought a new vehicle & paying upfront without even seeing it, was all new to me, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vanzone to others!
