I was worried before calling due to not having a great credit rating and previous experience with other dealers either being pushy or trying to sell a million extras, couldn't be further from the truth with this company, especially Naz and Taj, could ask for two better guys who literally go above and beyond without making you feel pushed into a decision. Without a doubt in my mind il be using again. If you are thinking about a van but like me a bit worried about the process, don't hesitate just asked for Taj or Naz. Two great guys I couldn't thank enough

Some staff better than others
Was a bit peed off at first as the initial salesman wouldn't let me collect when I wanted too. When I finally got the OK to come down when it suited me I was greeted by Paul who was professional, and efficient. It was a pleasure coming down and dealing with guy. If I need any more vehicles I'll ask for paul without a hesitation

Wow best dealer I’ve ever been to from…
Wow best dealer I’ve ever been to from day 1 (Monday)Naz rung me back when he said he would at 5.50 and they shut at 6 we didn’t get of phone till 6.35ish. Both Naz and Paul kept in touch all week. Arranged to pick up new van on Saturday at 9.30 ish and Paul was waiting and got it all sorted and I went on my merry way in my new van. One complaint the vending machine was horrible and drinks were cold.

Good service, good company
I have used Vanwise a few times in the last 18 months and found them an easy company to deal with. On this occasion I needed some measurements and emailed them with my questions and they came back to me straight away. Darren has done me a good deal so I will come back in the future when I have other requirements.
