Super impressed by Vanwise. Easy process to buy from start to finish, very knowledgeable staff, van was a great price, super friendly guys and they actually went over and above to collect us from the airport on collection day. In particular Naz and Jakob have made the whole process stress free and enjoyable keeping me updated at all stages throughout. Highly recommend buying a van from these guys.

Wow! What a Service!

On Sunday, 16th July I was perusing the AA used car web site for a replacement of my old vehicle. I saw a Fiesta, a year younger than my old one with only 51000 miles on the mileometer. I promptly emailed and enquired of Vanwise in Harlow if the car was still for sale. I received an immediate return email saying yes.
This was followed by a phone call from Naz asking if I would like him to email over all the relevant information on the vehicle. I said yes and it was sent to me forthwith. I read through the documents and spoke to Naz again saying that I was very interested in the car. His colleague, Paul, made me an online video of the car and sent it over to me. I made an appointment to view the vehicle next day, Monday,

On the Monday morning I was unable to get to Harlow and I rang the showroom and asked if I could book a delivery to view at my home in Dunmow. The answer was yes so I duly paid the fee. At midday a very nice young lady, Lauren, a sales person at Vanwise, arrived with the car for my viewing we went thoroughly over the car. Lauren was extremely professional pointing out the various features. I opted for Lauren to drive me back to Harlow showroom in order to purchase the car. In the meantime I had arranged my possible new insurance cover with the AA and if going to buy would be all set to drive away from the showroom. By the time we had driven there I had decided to buy.

We did all the paperwork, tax, C5 transfer, phoned my insurer and said yes to cover with immediate effect, paid the money and was ready to drive away!
