Vantage Admissions Anmeldelser

Vantage played a pivotal role in my Oxford application success. The primer courses for both the MAT and interview were exceptionally beneficial, offering extensive content that went beyond the scope of A-levels but proved crucial for success in the specific challenges of the Oxford admissions process. Rowan is quick to respond to my queries, whether related to course content or past papers. His quick and thorough assistance provided clarity whenever I faced uncertainties, contributing significantly to my preparedness and confidence throughout the application journey.

Rowan's help in my Cambridge application for Economics was crucial in securing an offer. His TMUA (Test of Mathematics for University Admissions) primer course was very valuable, presenting complex concepts in a simple manner. During our 1-1 sessions, Rowan explained different methods to approach the same question and focused on time management. Furthermore, Rowan's passion and enthusiasm for mathematics was evident during my lessons as he always encouraged me to try challenging questions. These exceptional resources helped boost my confidence in the actual examination. I am truly grateful for his constant guidance and support during the application period.

I would like to add that my brother took lessons with Rowan and successfully met his STEP condition to read Mathematics at Cambridge.

Rowan has proved an invaluable resource throughout my preparation for the MAT. His MAT Primer courses have helped me strengthen my mathematical foundation, and his interview prep has allowed me to increase my confidence when tackling especially challenging and unfamiliar problems.

Vantage have helped me immensely in my Oxford application. Both the MAT preparation and mock interviews were incredibly beneficial, allowing me to know the material very well and feel more confident in my mathematical abilities. Rowan was incredibly supportive and helpful in the whole process.

Rowan is a dedicated tutor. He has been helping me work towards the STEP exam.
Despite my staring rather early and not being familiar with the A-Level and STEP syllabus, I felt comfortable moving forwards through the new concepts, as Rowan was able to present new and challenging material in a well-structured manner, allowing me to understand the material in-depth. Rowan is always engaging during the lessons and also remains responsive to my questions outside lesson hours.
I would highly recommend Rowan as a tutor.

Rowan is a first-class mathematics tutor. He continuously enthuses and encourages his students, passing on his passion for the subject. His knowledge is at such a high level that he can really challenge and develop students who are keen to pursue mathematics way beyond A-Level. Vantage’s excellent materials for the admissions tests really help further study and augment the virtual tutorial sessions. Rowan is always happy to answer any questions, as well as provide general guidance and this, coupled with his friendly, approachable manner, make him a great person to work with. I cannot praise him enough.

Rowan has been exceptionally helpful during my application to Cambridge. He is highly knowledgable and explains hard concepts in a way that makes them understandable. Rowan is very approachable and never makes me feel bad for not understanding certain topics.

His MAT primer course proved particularly valuable. The resources are clear and cover all major topics on the MAT, which aren't taught at A level. Without this course, i wouldn't have been sure how to approach many of the MAT questions.

I am very grateful for all the support from vantage and they have been a great help in receiving an offer from Cambridge for maths.

I had interview preparation sessions with Vantage Admissions last October - they really made a difference, both in terms of my mathematical ability and confidence in my interviews. Rowan never made me feel embarrassed for not immediately grasping the concept, and allowed me to develop the skills needed to voice my thoughts to the interviewer.

Having received an offer from Cambridge for mathematics, I am now having STEP preparation sessions with Rowan. He always answers any questions and I have found the sessions so far particularly useful for ensuring I have really understood every detail each question presents.

Rowan from Vantage took my daughter from feeling that STEP was going to be an impossible mountain to climb to getting the grades she needed to get into Cambridge. Calm, positive and encouraging, he made all the difference.

Vantage Admissions provided fantastic support to prepare for the MAT and Oxford Maths interview process. A key component of how we eventually received an offer. We've already recommended Vantage Admissions to several prospective students.
