I placed the order 10 days ago and I wanted it to be delivered to Malta as I live there. I typed all the data and the order came through. However, when I recieved the order confirmation I saw that they just took my Maltese address and wrote Ireland there and this is not what I wrote while placing the order. I was trying to contact them multiple times, they dont reply... only contact form on the website where they told me they sent my order with UPS.... I couldnot believe it. I google there is no such an address in Ireland. So, where the hell they sent my order. It was like talking to chat GPT when you ask it to give you a recipe of pig wings... No reply, no refund! Absolutely outrageous service I would never expect to come across!

Got an email from Vans saying order in the next number of hours to guarantee delivery for Christmas- so I ordered some spontaneous Christmas presents for my son - worst courier was selected UPS - they scheduled my delivery (after a few days) for the 23rd of Dec then on the day rescheduled so I rang them and they said they don’t deliver Xmas eve not their problem ring the supplier - so rang vans - I was told they would end the chat to get onto UPS and I would get an email with the response- I got no email - so after Xmas I had to make contact again - same reply- but again got no response - so made contact again and was told there is a ticket already open I’d hear - I said it would have been nice to be told there was a ticket raised on my behalf - again told I’d hear back and guess what …. I never heard back - I rang UPS AGAIN myself held over an hour and got my parcel sorted - so yes I’ve received my parcel on the 30th if December - but with no assistance from Vans and I will be looking for a refund of some sort as this was meant to be a Christmas present due to being guaranteed Xmas delivery

This was my third and last purchase from the Vans website. They show an early delivery date before you place your order, but once you’ve paid, they change it to a much later one. This is done deliberately to mislead customers about the real delivery time. Totally dishonest.

The lead time for delivery on the Vans.ie website is very long. 12 days for delivery to Ireland for a basic pair of trainers isn't really acceptable nowadays. I won't be ordering from this site again.

Untrustworthy website; doesn't publish negative reviews. No wonder their products have perfect ratings when they filter out negative reviews. I find it extremely obnoxious when I make a well-reasoned negative review with no profanity or objectionable content and then see that it never appears on the site. To see that the product has a rating of 5.0 with only positive reviews compounds the insult.
