A family firm that cares!
My initial enquiry, using their on-line form, was replied to within 24 hours and included all equipment needed (even wiring clamps) plus number of labour days, priced by item with the total inc. VAT.
An appointment date was made and a small deposit paid to "book the workshop".
I arrived late shortening the time they had to complete the work, Nick didn't object, just had a quick look over our AS Broadway and got on with the job.
I returned to collect about 3pm on the Friday and inspected the results. Nick walked me through the features of the new installation including the mobile phone apps and how to monitor the installation.
We now have almost 300W solar, 50A B to B charger and a 300Ah Lithium leisure battery. All electronics are incredibly neat and professionally installed, thanks Ash.
Over all very satisfied with every aspect of dealing with Van Junkies and highly recommend them to anyone seeking solar, leisure or charging upgrades.

I found Van Junkys through someone I was looking for some parts for for my van. I was fed up of trying to shop on Amazon trying to get the right parts and cable sizing and everything else. Someone mentioned Van Junkys so I gave him a call and he said come on down we can have a look and I haven’t looked back since what a great guy very helpful very knowledgeable. Brilliant company to deal with
Everything was made easy for me. They put a kit together based on my needs, all priced up and I even had a great diagram making connecting it all up possible even for someone who knows nothing about electrics.
They were always available to answer questions over the phone and guide me through anything.

Absolutely great team and very helpful

Super friendly team,go above and beyond. I had a solar system fitted to my mobile home which was based on my needs,very happy with products they suggested and there workmanship fitting it for me.They even made me up a bathroom vent cap for roof which had broken that I didn't know had as a favour,and put new seal around TV aerial on roof that has started leaking. If only every business was as friendly and helpful as Nick and the team there. I Highly recommend you visit van junkies for all your van needs. Best regards Mark 👍👍👍

Costly p&p and poor express delivery
Having ordered two mega fuses on the 19th Jan they were dispatched on the 20th but didn’t arrive until the 22cnd. Having paid extra for the express service and a whopping £8.95 for postage I was very frustrated.
I feel that the postage cost was way over the top for two mega fuses and the express service a waste of time and money.
The items themselves were good and of good quality.

Our cut off time for Express Delivery is 1pm and as your order was placed on the 19th at 13.14, the courier would have already been, therefore, your order was dispatched the following day on the 20th.
The tracking provided shows it was delivered to you on the 21st, rather than the 22nd as you've suggested.
We pride ourselves in being hard working, honest and professional, so I personally apologise that you feel very frustrated and you've wasted your time and money.
